I Care Vision Associates

I simply cannot say enough wonderful things about I Care Vision Associates. I have been a patient for years and every single time I visit, I receive superior customer service and outstanding care from the staff. Dr. Caleb Hunt, in particular, is amazing. He goes out of his way to make sure I am satisfied with my optical solutions and gives me options and suggestions like I am a member of his family. . The entire staff is friendly, compassionate and thorough. Plus the newly remodeled building is beautiful! I highly recommend this office.

1st time patient. It was a great experience and I will be using them from now on. Appointment was easily scheduled, staff was very nice and welcoming. The doctor was very friendly and a great guy. The exam was explained in detail, then it was off to get new frames. Jada helped me and she was awesome. Super friendly and a great sense of humor. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail, helped me with my frames and got everything ordered for me. Check out was great and the ladies at the desk were super nice as well. The facility I learned had just gotten a makeover and expansion. The place is very nice, clean, and modern looking. I had a wonderful experience with everyone I dealt with. I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a new Dr, or a place to get your glasses.

Today was my first visit at I Care Vision and I was so pleased and impressed with the care I received. Dr. Morgan was extremely thorough and explained everything that was being tested. I learned a lot about diseases of the eye and look forward to returning for my next exam. Best exam I have had!

Dr. Sarah Buchanan was excellent. She was so sweet and personable, extremely knowledgeable, and she explained all about the inner workings of my eyes. I have never had an eye doctor go into such detail with pictures of my eyes and how they work. I knew when I first called the office for an appointment that I Care Vision Associates was the place for me. Everyone I talked to while setting up my appointment was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. Every employee that I had the privilege to meet today made my visit perfect and enjoyable. They were all very efficient and pleasant. The office is perfectly set up with a beautiful entrance and an open and inviting area for the glasses display. The corridor leading to the offices is wide and easy to navigate. The office overall was very clean and pleasant. The restroom was very clean as well. I am so glad I found this wonderful place to go to for my eye health needs. Dr. Sarah is the best!

We had a wonderful experience with my son's eye doctor. Dr. Hubt was kind, patient. He took the time to listen to our concerns ans explain everything clearly. He made sure my son felt comfortable and at ease throughout the exam. It's obvious they truly care about their patients. We are so grateful for the excellent care and highly recommend this practice!

Excellent service and informative care. Management has done great with the renovations and healthy growth. My only advice would be for the front desk to be more personable. Some support staff might be getting overwhelmed with the increased patient flow, but the front desk didn't seem overly busy during my lobby wait time.

This was the first time I'd been here and I'm glad I chose this place!! The phone call to schedule an appointment was easy and quick, then when I had my appointment, the front desk was welcoming and friendly. The lady who called me back was very sweet, and the doctor was kind as well, plus they both explained everything and answered all my questions!! I'd never been to a place that allowed a trial of contacts and said I could call back if I needed to fix the trial prescription. The man who helped me check out was also thorough and made the process quick, easy, and he was friendly!! I'll be coming back here for my future appointments. Thanks so much to the staff!
