I had a great experience with Dr. Howard, as always. I had my three-year-old with me and the front desk staff brought toys that kept him happily entertained during my exam. Dr. Howard is professional, thorough, and great with my kids too. I've been seeing her for about five years and followed her to this beautiful, easy-to-access new location. Fantastic glasses selection, and Kevin adjusted mine to a perfect fit in minutes. Highly recommend and looking forward to my next visit!

(Full disclosure, I am related to Dr. Howard) I have been getting my eye exams from Dr. Howard for several years, and I was so excited for my first trip to Victory Vision in December 2025 to see her new practice. As she always has, she delivered thorough and comprehensive care. Even after I moved out of state a couple years ago, there was never even a question that I would continue to see Dr. Howard for my annual eye exams when I travel home for visits--I just wouldn't trust anyone else as much. She CONSISTENTLY gets feedback from patients that she performs the most thorough eye exam they've ever had. She does a terrific job diagnosing and caring for medical conditions of the eye, educating her patients on a relatable level, and making exams for young children stress-free. As a primary care physician myself, I would trust any of my own patients in her capable hands. Her staff was so warm and welcoming. They were personable and professional. Using my HSA to pay for my annual membership was easy, and I received the contact lenses and glasses I ordered in a timely manner. The office space itself is brand new, clean, and bright with modern decor. My partner came to the visit with me and told me, "This is the nicest optometry office I've ever seen."

Victory Vision was such a good experience! Dr. Howard was so personable, patient, and knowledgeable, and took the time to make me feel like a person instead of a paycheck. She walked me through all of the "normal" eye tests, but made sure that I knew what would happen and that I was comfortable the entire visit. Cannot recommend her strong enough. The building has a clean, sleek, and modern feel and yet somehow feels warm and inviting at the same time. And the optical selection has so many options, everyone can find something to fit their face. I will be coming back and telling everyone I know to switch to here!!

My mom saw Dr. Howard today. It was a great experience. She took plenty of time to show her different devices to help her be able to see better. She is a caring provider. We highly recommend her services.
