The wait time to see the doctor is entirely too long. Arrived at 1:30 for scheduled appointment.
We were not seen by the doctor until 3:50 and out in 20 minutes. This needs to be addressed, as others I talked to, feel the same. The location in Bristol has a much shorter wait time. Thank goodness we are able to see our cornea specialist, and contact specialist in Bristol

Kind and courteous desk staff, however just a heads up make sure you prepare for your eyes to be dilated as they do not use the imaging machine. They'll charge you for 2 visits at that point if you have to reschedule. Doctor said he'd examined me twice after I declined dilation on first visit. Can't examine the eyes if they aren't dilated he said. Somehow I got 2 exams

Absurdly long wait times. We have to take our daughter here because it's the only place in the area that will see a 2 year old and every appointment we wait 2 hours or more for a 5 minute eye exam. Even if the appointment is at 9 AM they are two hours behind.

If I wasn't recovering from conjunctivitis, I'd leave. As it is, I've waited 90 minutes past my appointment time and haven't seen the doctor. Their portal sends you history forms to complete but they have to do it in office because it doesn't upload. We're in the waiting room and the techs are laughing and carrying on.
This was my first visit and will be my last visit.

Horrible business practices, every time I have gone I have been kept waiting at least 30 minutes past appointment, they overbook then are rude when asked about the delay, would not recommend this establishment.. they think they are the only game in town .. terrible experience every time ....

The only star I can muster is for the doctor and staff which are very kind but the experience was AWFUL!!!! They pack us patients in like sardines. FOUR HOURS we waited to be moved along an assembly line, wait in one room, moved to the next, then the next. I can not recommend this place until they stop over scheduling patients. I felt like they didn't respect my time.

I've gone to this clinic 4 times in the past few months and I have never been seen by a doctor until at least a hour past my appointment time. Last visit was over 2 hours! Then Dr. Carlsen rushes in and talks over you and has zero bedside manner. Very condescending and belittling, never lets you ask a question without being interrupted 3 words in. It's sounds like this is a persistent issue at this clinic. I've decided to go to another local ophthalmologist after this past visit.

Would never recommend this place. Arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment only to see a lobby full of patients waiting. It was almost 2 hours before I saw Dr. Carlson for a total of 10 minutes. Everyone in the place was complaining about how they always have to wait and it sometimes consumes their entire day. Will never go back and would NEVER recommend!!
