ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE.. Wouldn't EVER recommend. They put your "folder" in the back and call whoever they choose, I was 3rd, 2 others sat down after me & then another. ended up last! NO IDEA WHAT EVEN HAPPENED they didn't know either, mass confusion, total waste of my time. Although the doctor was apologetic. Spending 1.5-2hrs here for absolutely nothing. I had to call my insurance to explain, thankfully they understood and set me up an appointment elsewhere. After advising me that they wouldn't recommend America's best unless you do not have insurance. Several other reviews similar to mine. Ive been going here but wont return ever!

This place is horrible. We have 2 appointments for today. 5:20 and 5:30. It is currently 6:15 and neither have been seen. I asked when we would be seen and she said there are still a couple in front of us. I said "but our appointment was almost an hour ago" and she responds "that how the doctor does" and walks away. They close at 7, are we ever going to be seen???

Went in today with very low expectations, went to another place yesterday and was quoted and ridiculously high price. Came here and met with Kyle. He was kind and professional and very open about what my insurance benefits covered. ( The other place did not do this). He did slowly and explained the prices and I appreciate that more than you know. I actually bought 2 pair because of his professionalism. I would 100% recommend going here and asking for Kyle. I dont feel like I was taken advantage of and I appreciate that.

Terrible. I have used them for multiple years but this has been the worst experience ever. Went in July for contact exam. Purchase glasses and got a trial pair of contacts. Was told I had to pay for my contacts up front. Went back to pick up my trial pair, and they had ordered me six months worth of the contacts. I told them I was not taking them because I needed to see if they actually even worked.Which they did not. Ended up going back 4 or 5 different times, tried multiple pairs of contacts before receiving the correct contacts. They gave me a credit for the contacts that they first ordered and then ordered the other contacts for me. The contacts were shipped to my house. The shipping was supposed to be free. On the invoice I requested it shows $4.95 charge for USPS First Class Mail. Inside the box of contacts I received in the mail there was a form to register online for a rebate. In order to get the rebate, I needed a copy of my eye exam and a copy of the invoice for the contacts. I called and requested the information. They said they couldn't email it so they sent it in the mail. I received my prescription and I received an invoice that said I was billed $0 for the contacts. I called back after receiving it and asked if they could send me an invoice where I actually paid the money for the contacts, an invoice that showed the actual price of the contacts. I requested an invoice that would show that I had paid for the first round contacts that didn't work and received a credit that was applied to the contacts that I bought. This request was obviously more than any employee there could comprehend. During all of my return visits the process for checking and confirming the contacts were not working was different during all of them. However, the absolute worst experience was when I had an appointment on a Saturday morning and I drove 45 minutes to get there and the doctor there did not even see me. He just threw another pair of contacts at me and said try those if they don't work, come back and see the other doctor. Like I said, this has been a terrible, terrible experience. On top of everything else it appears I won't be receiving the $40 rebate because I can't send them and invoice that shows what I paid for the contacts. I guess next year my family will be looking for a new place to get our eyes examined and purchase all our eyeware needs.

I went in to have my frames repaired and everyone there was very nice and super helpful! Peggy did an amazing job fixing my frames, and made them look almost brand new! 10/10 recommend

Excellent service. I have Dementia and Dr. Turner was so patient with me during the exam. No one has ever showed me that kind of patience and kindness. Customer service from Baylor was top notch. He also has the best brows on this side of town.

I lost a nose piece on a pair of Ray ban sunglass , so I called here and asked if they thought they could fix them . They told me to bring them down so I did and they fixed them and another pair with the same problem for no charge . And the kicker was I didn't even purchase them there. Staff was very helpful and sweet. Definitely will take my business back there . Thank you to the lady that fixed my favorite sunglasses for me

Great Experience! The doctor was very thorough at explaining the whole process and answered every question I had. The staff was very pleasant! Natasha went above and beyond to assist me and deal with my indecisiveness, she was amazing! Thank you again! Highly recommend
