Honest practice, in my experience. After almost 2 years, my lenses were developing pressure cracks in the corners. Andes replaced my lenses for free after discovering the cracks were from a manufacturer defect with the size of the lense vs. my frames. I'm very thankful.

Dr. Sussmane and his staff are very nice and pleasant to deal with. They are very knowledgeable, professional. This is my 2nd year using them and I am sticking with them for all my eye needs. The glasses are the BEST I've ever had experience with. No loose screws or lenses, and I haven't had to have them readjusted. These glasses are very well made and very sturdy . I HIGHLY recommend Andes Eyecare Optical. I am a satisfied and happy customer! Prices are the same as everywhere else. Great selections , process time is excellent.

Dr. Mary Conway was great. She took me seriously when I said I had problems focusing and that I struggled with seeing at night. She's the first optometrist who has actually given me a prescription me so I can get glasses to help! Their office was very helpful in answering questions. They also didn't mark up my co pays so my lenses will be affordable.

Andes is a participating provider with my vision insurance so I went to look at frames. Greeted by nice female receptionist who is so helpful picking frames. The optician, Mark, is so nice and is also happy to help in anyway. He looked up frames to see about other colors and styles. He fixed my current glasses that were messed up. Although I left without buying new glasses, it is only bc I am waiting for my insur to clear up a mistake with my frame coverage. Customer service is a 10/10 for Mark and receptionist!

Mark is the most knowledgeable person I have found when choosing my glasses. He knows the frame size that will suit me best and even checks online for additional sizes. The lenses I get here are the absolute best and have a 2-year warranty. I see Campbell, Cunningham and Taylor for exams. Andes is able to pull all my information from their website. Excited to pick up my new glasses today.
