Good experience. Very short wait time. Front desk staff accessed my insurance without a card. Tech who did pre-testing was nice, funny, friendly, and efficient! I really liked her. Doctor was friendly, too. She did a great job with my eye exam and I will be returning next year. :)

Warm welcoming staff at the front desk. Check in was simple even for a new patient. Prescreening technician was engaging and friendly. Dr. Puckett took her time to perform a thorough, comprehensive exam and took an extra moment to answer questions and perform patient education. Great experience. I will be back next year!

Well pleased with my visit. First time patient at her practice after a trusted friend's recommendation. Very thorough examination and she answered and explained everything in a very knowledgeable way that I could understand. Staff was very friendly and she honestly did a fantastic job of getting my prescription correct. I picked up my new eyeglasses today and such a difference in my vision. I know things change but being a life long wearer of corrective lenses I've unfortunately had my prescription incorrect in the past. As I text this I'm looking out my kitchen window going "Wow!" That says it all. New loyal patient here as far as I'm concerned. I called my friend and thanked him for recommending her to me. This is the best way I know to thank her. Seeing is believing.... and I'm seeing good!

Dr. Puckett was fantastic. But her office is ran by some horribly incompetent and snooty, passive aggressive people who dislike their jobs or something. Every time I have called to check on my contacts whoever has answered the phone has instantly said "they arent in and it will be a week", without asking my name. Then today I call and was told the same thing and I said Saturday made a week. The girl on the phone immediately became rude and state " you should understand that our weeks run by business days". I ask for a corporate number or a governing board and she refused the number. I have never been treated like this before and it is ridiculous that it has happened now. Response to Dr. Puckett My phone is listed under my husband's name not mine. So their is no way they would know I was calling. This post was made before your staff pulled you from another patient without me asking to speak to you. I also the its a little odd that out of all the other negative post made on here you choose to reply to mine.

This was my first visit to this office. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed with the staff. They were friendly, fast and efficient. I had virtually no wait time and the girl who did the eye testing was great. I saw Dr Jami Kozlowski and she was thorough, informative, friendly and kind. Basically, I've been going to the wrong place for the last 20 years. I'll never go anywhere else now !

I was simply bowled over. I went in with some concerns about my vision. I had a very detailed examination, which allayed any fears I had. But the icing on the cake was Dr Page called me personally later to let me know that she had Dr Puckett look at my scans and agreed with her assessment. In this day and age how many doctors does this. This will be the only place that I will go to from here on out. I would recommend this practice to anyone

All the employees were friendly and pleasant. The new scan test was simple and only took a few extra minutes. Immediately after administering the scan test, the optometrist came in and showed the results on a screen, explained what it showed, and answered questions. Very good experience.

Dr. Puckett was very professional. She was explained the importance of keeping my contacts clean. Seemed to really care about my eye care. I was very pleased with my visit. The entire staff was very pleasant.
