Check-in was rather typical for most medical providers. Everyone was courteous and polite
and professional. Dr Bodenheimer has been a real gift from God to me for he took a very calming approach as a second opinion where other Optometrists and eye surgeons were ready to rush me into surgery immediately. Thus, no surprise , I have been a patient of his for the last three years.

Dr. Bodenheimer is great but the constant waiting is an issue. I don't understand why a person needs to make appointment when you wait 1.5 hours for a 5 minute appointment. Why make an appointment? It's crazy. My daughter has a job and has to juggle this time.

Staff members are great and very efficient. My appointment was at 3 I was back in a room before I could update the paperwork. Dr. Bodenheimer is very thorough and explained everything about the exam. I highly recommend anyone needing a eye exam to use this office

The check in was no problem. The person who took us to the machines and did all the legwork was very polite. He answered our questions and actually cared. The doctor himself did not act like he cared nor did he give us the time of day. He spent all of two maybe three minutes with us and then said by seeing 2 years. I do not recommend him to anyone.
