Dr. Stone is outstanding! She takes time to go over the Eye test and provides great care and explanation. Cannot recommend her enough! Brooke greats you with a friendly smile when you arrive and is very helpful to get things started and finished!
Lanea was very friendly helping me make sure to finish up the paperwork and make sure my information was correct while doing the initial testing on my eyes.
Hila was so helpful to me to pick out a frame that was in my price point and gave me several options! So friendly and nice!!

The ladies at the front desk are very welcoming! They had me signed in and off to Dr. Johnston..Smiles from everyone! When Dr. Johnston came in and I had all my test done he quickly diagnosed me and I was fine! I'd recommend Dr. Johnston and all the staff of ladies who made me so comfortable and happy
Friendly, Professional, very Courteous Front office and back office staff! Rooms I was taken to were all clean and well cared for. Dr Campbell explained the results of all testing in a very concise, understandable manner! Would definitely recommend this office to anyone needing to be seen by an Ophthalmologist !
Very detailed exam more than other places and Dr. Stone took the time to explain everything. I felt valued as a patient and not like a lunch line as I found with other places that run you through everything in 5 mins or less and send you out the door. She genuinely made me feel that we would try everything until we found the perfect fit for me! Staff were nice as well!
I've had my fair share of eye exams over the years, but none have compared to the experience I had with Dr. Stone and the entire staff. They truly went above and beyond, performing a thorough eye exam that I've never seen before in my fifty years of regular check-ups. Dr. Stone took on a level of exam and documentation that was truly impressive. And let me tell you, the technical staff was warm, friendly, and made me feel like my vision was a top priority for them. I can't thank Dr. Stone and their team enough for such a wonderful experience.

I saw Dr. Stone. It has been a long time since I had an eye exam, and these ladies actually made the process fun and stress free! They were cracking me up. I was seen promptly & I appreciate that I had the option not to dilate my eyes with the drops.
everyone is very nice and very helpful; they got me in and out with a new prescription. No dealation just some new machines that do it faster and no dealation. I'm so glad to finally find an eye dr. that I can go to the rest of my time in Knoxville.
