I was feeling anxious about my eye appointment, but that all disappeared the moment I arrived. The welcoming atmosphere and kind staff instantly put me at ease. When I voiced my worries, the team offered a warm, comforting hand to let me know I was in good hands. This personal touch meant so much. From the front desk to the exam room, everyone was wonderful.

The wait to get started for my cataract surgery was 1 hour. After that all went very well. Everyone did a good job getting me through the operation. Very professional and pleasant. Dr. Sollenberger was great.
I had cataract surgery last week. The entire staff treated me as if I were special, even though patients flooded in and out. On the day of surgery, the team calmed my apprehensions, and each and every one of them had a kind word to offer. Dr. Haun performed the surgery, and I've never felt in more capable hands. In two weeks, I will have surgery on my other eye and expect the same quality, considerate care from these people. I'm glad I had the chance to meet these folks and have them give an old man better vision for the rest of my years.
Professional, attentive, and caring. Dr Haun has taken good care of me and the staff are thorough. The optical dispensary provides seamless service and I appreciate the way they take the time to make a good fit and explain the options.
Doc Solonberger reached out to me a couple weeks before. He was very specific about what procedure would work best for my eye. Yesterday I had the procedure done. There is less pain and irritation than expected. I am very happy with the outcome as of now.
Office was efficient, kind and extremely timely. Dr Sollenberger is very nice and professional. Only problem I had was I was told it would cost me an additional $40 to get my prescription. I have never had this happen before or heard of such a practice anywhere else
Since first working with CCTH some months ago, I have had nothing but positive experiences with the doctors and staff, from visits, to helping me during emergencies, to to the professionalism,, care and concern shown by the staff. They have always answered my questions and taken all t he time I needed.
While employees are pleasant, the ability to contact the office as well as lab billing are a nightmare to deal with. The call center answering makes it impossible to speak with the actual office.
The lab service is sent out of the office, and this office wants nothing to do with questions about labs even ordered by one of their doctors. After many telephone calls, numerous calls just not answered, and an unexplained second lab I was billed for, I was told that the initial lab would not speak with client, only ordering physician who is in this office and refused to do so. So, I have bills from 2 labs(one out of state) that will give no contact or explanation. The LAB bills total approximately $2400.
