Dr. McMillan is excellent, and the actual surgical staff as well. He even called me that evening to check my status. Cynthia/administrative at front desk behind window at the surgical center on the other hand treated me super cold, wanted payment immediately before any consultation took place, totally unpersonable. Cynthia processed me like I was being queued as a part in an assembly line, instead of a person. Ergo only 4 stars. Do better Cynthia, patients are human, too!

The Eye Surgery Center of East Tennessee is PHENOMENAL!!! There isn't another word to describe it! My dad is 100% disabled, and in a wheelchair! We had experiences with Dr. Taylor, and Dr. Everett, and they both were informative, attentive, and most of all KIND! I'm very cautious and protective of my Dad, who is also a Vietnam Veteran, but I felt comfortable from the time we walked in the door til the time we walked out! I just want to take this time to THANK this office, and these doctors and nurses for EVERYTHING they do!! They CARE and it SHOWS! I LOVE U GUYS!!

This place is amazing With a friendly staff and Dr Eric Sollenberger is great! Explains in detail what the eye surgery will entail and the surgery was painless and smooth sailing......great surgeon. Love this place. So if you need cataract surgery or lens implants (or both), this is the place to have it done.
