My eye appointment with Dr. Abbott was great. She took her time with me and was very thorough. The ladies at the desk were very kind and helpful explaining my insurance benefits and I had excellent help picking out glasses. I was pleased with my experience at Hardin Valley Eyecare.

I've been to a lot of eye doctors over the years, but Dr. Thompson is hands-down the best optometrist I've ever had! From the moment you walk in, the entire team makes you feel genuinely welcome and cared for. The exam was incredibly thorough. Dr. Thompson took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions (even the silly ones), and really listened to my concerns. They didn't just check boxes they actually cared about getting my vision perfect. My new prescription is spot-on, and for the first time in forever, everything looks crisp and vibrant without any headaches or squinting. The staff is equally amazing super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful when picking out frames or explaining contact options.

Best eye doctor I ever had. Dr Travis is very professional and friendly. He cares about patients and is very good at diagnosing/evaluation. I have glasses prescribed by him and they feel very good, which doesn't happen to me a lot. The staffs are also very friendly. I highly recommend them to whoever needs an eye doctor.

Dr. Thompson is one of the best (if not the best) eye doctors I've ever been to! He truly cares about his patients and is extremely friendly! He doesn't hesitate to explain any concerns he might have or any procedures or exams he is doing. Additionally, everyone at the office is extremely friendly and makes you feel right at home!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. My appointment went great, no issues at all. They offered to let me test their transition lens samples outside in the daylight so I could make the best decision for my glasses. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Best eye doctor ever. Knowledgeable and friendly staff who will rock with your schedule for appointments. Dr. Thompson is very thorough in his exams, explains his diagnosis so that I can understand what's going on and what is expected of me.

I always have a great experience Hardin Valley Eyecare. They're very personable and professional and have state of the art technology (ie: no more horrible eye puffing lol). I don't have enough good things to say. 10/10 would recommend.

Had an overall great experience. The receptionist was very kind and patient with my 6 year old. She was knowledgeable and was able to help us pick out the perfect pair of glasses for my daughter. The doctor was also very kind, knowledgeable and very patient with my daughter. Prices were pretty good, the facility was clean and well stocked, and we got in and out fairly quickly.
