Insight Eyecare

My husband and I just went in for eye exams and new glasses for the first time at Insight Eye Care. Wow! We have not been able to find an office where we felt the doctor took time and cared. We are so thankful for Insight! The staff is very friendly. Whitney offers a nice smiling face when you enter. I was very impressed with Miranda. I am 52 years old, and as far as I know, I have never had a doctor office look at the pages of medical history paperwork they require. As soon as I sat down, Miranda was asking me questions about my history and talking it through with me. I was blown away! I couldn't believe that she actually took the time to read it and care. She also had informed Dr Phillips of my history who also came and in asked specific questions. He also took time to address my concerns. He is very caring, professional and knowledgeable. I didn't feel rushed at all, but valued as a patient. I am a very difficult person to find glasses for. I am a petite female, and usually have to visit at least 5 glasses places before I find something I like. Insight had quite a few smaller/petite glasses options. I couldn't believe I found glasses there - it was easy! Tia was very helpful and patient and all of the front staff were also helpful in helping me find glasses that look nice. I am very pleased we found this office. We are definitely coming back. Thank you, Dr Phillips & staff! You are amazing!

This was my first time visiting after researching so many other nearby optometrists. I'm so glad I went with Insight Care. The receptionist, the assistant, and the doctor were all so friendly! The office was clean and the wait time was existent to none. I was in and out pretty quickly. Dr. Phillips is super knowledgeable and my exam was done with so much care. So glad I chose Insight Eyecare.

Dr. Phillips and his entire staff are truly wonderful. They are consistently kind, helpful, and accommodating, which makes every visit a positive experience. I especially appreciate how willing they are to fit me in for non-emergency checkups between annual visits--something that speaks volumes about their commitment to patient care. I never feel rushed, and everyone is welcoming and professional. I'm very grateful to be in such capable and compassionate hands and highly recommend Dr. Phillips and his team.

Great staff and a great experience for me and my son. They were patient and kind with my spectrum 3 year old. I got new glasses ordered and they helped me choose the best lenses for my condition and work needs. Good selection of frames and they helped me get the best price with my insurance. I forgot my HSA card at home so they sent me a link to pay for my glasses. Can't say enough good things about this practice!

I took my 5 year old son to Insight Eyecare. The staff are extremely kid friendly and were so accommodating to his questions/concerns. Every person we encountered was friendly and welcoming. Miranda was so patient and kind to my son. Dr. Phillips was thorough, efficient, and patient. Our whole family uses Insight Eyecare and we highly recommend, even for kiddos.

I've been seeing Dr. Phillips and his staff for many years now. He has always been very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They use the latest technology and equipment to take care of all your vision needs. I highly recommend a visit!

Brought my son in to get his first eye exam. Dr Phillips was great and very patient. Cassidy was such a sweet technician. Definitely recommend going to Insight Eyecare for all your eye care needs! The team is great :)

This office is wonderful! From the time you walk in and are greeted by the front office staff, to walking back with the nurse and having the preliminaries taken care of by someone who really seems to care, to getting time to spend with the doctor himself who doesn't Rush and explains everything carefully. So glad that I found these folks!
