I would give zero stars if an option. They are listed on the Silouette website as a retailer. Unfortunately, as I am not a patient of the practice and have an "outside" prescription, they won't assist me in obtaining new lenses. Sad. I am hopeful another retailer in the area will be willing to take my money.

new name, same OUTSTANDING service. Dr. Herring and the staff are outstanding! I injured my eye on a Friday at 4 p.m. all the Dr.s had gone for the weekend. Dr. Herring returned to the office to see me and saved me a very expensive trip to the emergency room. thank you, Dr. Herring and staff. your kindness in my time of need is greatly appreciated.

Dr Benjamin Herring and his office are super to deal with. They were able to work me in next day for eye issues even though they were short staffed. They truly value their customers and it shows in their customer service. They also worked me in for a worsening condition a couple days later then pulled some strings to get me to a specialist. Can't say enough good about them

I've been going here since I was a child. Dr. Witke was my doctor asa child. Dr. Hunt has been my doctor for about 25 years now. I've seen all of the doctors and they're all great. I highly recommend them.

The reception lady's behind the desk were amazing from the moment I walked through the door. I found out my insurance didn't cover vision & they helped me with the information needed to call my provider & add the vision insurance to my plan & and then they rescheduled for my appointment so I walked over to look at the frames that insurance pays for and I was standing there for about 10 minutes trying different frames on when the guy who works in that department stood up & said I quote ( You know what, what are you looking for! & I began to explain my situation that just took place & he proceeded to come around the desk and came over to me and said what are you looking for do you like these plastic ones) so I took a step back & I told him your making me feel really uncomfortable and he said well your making me feel uncomfortable so i walked back to the reception area to let someone know what had just happened and from the other side of the office he yelled what did you just say!? So I walked outside and waited for my ride to show up outside. I gave them 4 stars becaus of the service I received when I first got there if it wasn't for that they would of got 1 hopefully it doesn't happen to anyone else

The front desk lady always looks so grumpy and unpleasant. She never greets people. She appears to hate her job. She tried to collect money for my contact lens even they were covered by insurance. I insisted that's not the case as I did not pay last year. She checked with the checkout person to find out that she made a mistake - she did not even apologize.

Very conscientious and caring, providing quality treatment. Listens to the patient, offers feedback and sound advice. Five stars.
