Oh my goodness! If I could give Dr. Lauren Harris more than 5 stars, I would! I have had multiple eye issues for years and have seen MANY doctors. I must say, after my new patient appointment, I will only see Dr. Harris and her colleagues. Her knowledge, caring, and kindness are unmatched by any other doctor I have ever seen. Her front desk personnel, technicians, and assistants are equally as wonderful. I am thrilled to be in the care of Dr. Lauren Harris!

After an extra long wait two visits in a row, I wrote a review expressing my frustration with the wait time in Dr. Harris' exam room. I've been back 3 times since that review and happily, have not experienced the long wait again. I think she read the review and worked to resolve the issue. That's a good thing, and I appreciate her efforts to correct the problem, because she was highly recommended by my previous eye doctor.

She was excellent! The administrative staff at reception through to those performing test and exams, were all courteous, pleasant and responsive to my concerns and comfort.
They didn't miss a beat. While not feeling rushed, I was in and out with little wait time between exams.

It was good alas I forgot to mention that I read extensively and have a problem reading the small font of magazines and books. The tech did not measure my reading correction. Not her fault however I would like to be informed if my reading small font problem can be corrected. My biggest concern was regarding cateracts. Dr Harris told me toomuch to readily decide would best shut my needs. I received just a list of different solutions but no discussion about their pros. And cons. An opt friend suggested plano lens are the best and to keep wearing glasses to correct my astigmatism and need to read. I need to discuss that. I am concerned that having a full discussion is difficult. I waited 1 hr to get through on the phone

When I see Dr. Harris, I get one of the best eye exams since my last exam when we lived in South Carolina. She is very thorough, and her staff are great to work with. I will continue to see Dr. Harris till she refers me to someone else.

Dr. Harris is a very good doctor. She has done a wonderful job on my eyes. I have been highly satisfied with her at every location. I have seen her at except the office out west. I drive over an hour and a half one way to get there. They expect me to be on time. My appointment today was at 9 o'clock. I finally got in at 9:50. If they expect me to be prompt, I expect the same from them.

We had a terrible experience with Dr. Lauren Harris. She was incredibly rude, crass, and did not treat her nurses with respect (overheard from hallway). She interrupted me and downplayed every concern i had, with a rude rushed and annoyed tone. Do NOT see this provider. Save yourself the time, hassle, and see her very intelligent brother or father located at same practice.
