Very professional, friendly and courteous. I left Target optical, because I felt like I was being overcharged.Even with insurance. Great deals on contact lenses with excellent rebates. Versace prescription glasses and Gucci prescription sunglasses with great discounts and very reasonable pricing.

We had a great experience at LensCrafters in Farragut, TN. The staff was very pleasant and greeted us the moment we walked in the door, which immediately made us feel welcome. They were extremely helpful when it came to selecting frames and took the time to make sure we found the right fit and style. They also assisted us smoothly through the eye exam process, making everything easy and stress-free. Excellent customer service from start to finish highly recommend this location!

Scheduled a last minute appointment due to America's Best stating that I would wait an hour over my appointment time to be seen by...a remote doctor. I left and went to this Lens Crafters. All employees were kind and courteous. I felt that my time and business was valued and that they genuinely cared to help me. The store itself is clean and well organized. There were promotions on glasses to help with the cost and checkout was a breeze when I did find glasses that fit my needs. 100% would be back for another eye exam and finding glasses!

I brought my mother in for an eye exam on 12/10, and the optometrist on staff was not very friendly, and to beat it all he even put in the incorrect cylinder measurements for her. Upon calling, numerous times with the promise of being connected with the right person to rectify the issue and no response. I am very upset with this practice and look forward to speaking with the Business office manager as well as the owners of the practice. This is not how you successfully run an office regardless of how busy you may be.

A great place to get your lens and frames, Josh was very professional and polite. They have a large selection of frames to choose from, Josh was very helpful explaing to me what my insurance covered. I highly recommend this office. Stop by and see Josh !!

Hoping someone from MGMT sees this and fixes the numerous training/personnel issues at this store. I bought a set of Ray Ban prescription sunglasses. This was an easy sell. I even bought the warranty. I had a set already with me and said just get me these with this prescription. The young lady said she could get them and that I would get a call. Over 2 weeks goes by I call and another lady states they had come in over a week and change ago. I asked if they were going to call. She said they texted. I used my google voice which shows zero text's, messages, or calls from them and I verified the number. I drive back out to get the glasses and they are the wrong frames. The frames I brought in clearly had the model number on them. How do you mess this up? I do have a suspicion that they wanted a higher commission so they sold me a pair that was $80 more, and while the same style was shiny instead of a matte finish. They said they would order the right frames and call me when they were in. Then I discovered the next day that when they bill the insurance they billed it under my wife. So now we are seeing multiple issues. So they burned up her insurance and it cost her the afternoon as she had picked out frames went through all the stuff and insurance was declined because they used hers. I called and the rude young lady informed me I had to come in to fix because they needed to refund and recharge which because of HIPPA meant I had to go in. I know this was false and said as such. I said fix it. She hung up on me. Called Humana and advised they fraudulently billed my wifes allocation instead of mine and explained they wanted me to go in because of HIPPA. They said that this was not a thing and said they would take care of it. They called in and spoke with Matthew who fixed everything (he is apparently the only good employee I interacted with) without me having to go back in for a 3rd time. At this point though I found Ray Ban sells directly online even for prescriptions and was $200 cheaper for the same exact glasses shipped to my door. So I went in and got a refund and again Matthew handled it and did it correctly. This place needs to really look at their employees and figure out if they are qualified to work in customer facing roles and if they have been trained and incentivized to do their job well. Had they not messed up they would have made a large amount of money. But because of the issues I had to regroup and go elsewhere and learned this LensCrafters is largely dysfunctional. If your time is important I DO NOT recommend wasting it going here. If you still want to though make sure you ask for Matthew. If you are the owner or MGMT you got my name, pull up my info and feel free to reach out to discuss more if you want. You lost the business of someone who was all set on Jan 2nd to buy 2 more pairs under my other vision insurance through VSP. But the sand paper your people introduced killed your profit. ****As to the response from the owner. This is the same cut and paste to some form no one cares about you have posted on numerous reviews. Thank you for confirming to the world you clearly do not care enough to even address the issues.
