The whole experience today at Lenscrafters was exceptional, from the front desk back to the eye exam. Everyone involved was friendly, patient and professional.

The eye doctors here are fantastic -- knowledgeable, caring, and professional. Unfortunately, the same can't be said for the front desk staff.
I saw one of the doctors on Wednesday who told me I needed to see a retina specialist as soon as possible and that they'd handle the referral and appointment for me. Three days later, I still hadn't heard anything, despite calling every day for an update.
Yesterday they claimed they were working on it but didn't know why it was taking so long. Today, I called Southeastern Retina Associates myself -- and found out no referral had ever been sent.
I ended up calling back to get my diagnosis and scheduled my own appointment -- which I should have done from the start.
Great doctors, but the front office needs serious improvement in communication and follow-through.

I walked in with my wife to look at glasses, and none of the three associates acknowledged us. We spent about 10 minutes browsing without a single greeting or offer of help. Shortly after, another customer came in and was greeted right away. Having worked in retail for 16 years, I know the importance of customer service, and this experience was extremely disappointing. I won't be returning to LensCrafters.

I recently purchased bi-focals, prescription sunglasses, and computer glasses and I was pleased and very impressed with the service and opticians. Tarren Jersey helped me choose the perfect frames and all three pairs were ready faster than I expected. Kendrick Ware and Rachel Seal helped me when I returned to pick up my glasses. They treated me with respect (unusual nowadays) and made certain I was satisfied with each pair. I highly recommend this location and I will definitely be returning in the future.

Took my son for his first eye exam this weekend and the nurses, doctor and sales people were all so kind and helpful. He was very nervous and took a minute to warm up, and they were so patient and talked everything through with him. And the sales people were not pushy at all which is always an awkward part at other stores, so I appreciate that. Over all great service and I can't wait to pick up his new glasses when they are ready. 10/10
