If you are a new patient, I would definitely not see Dr. Lett. He is a very nice man, but he could care less about listening to you and what your needs are. First, a friend of his walked in during my appointment time without an appointment, so he saw him first while I waited for 20 minutes. Second, he didn't listen to anything I said about my current concerns other than dry eyes and went on a tangent about the sales rep interaction with him for a prescription he did not recommend I take. All he wanted to do wanted check my eyes with the machine and send me out. I left completely confused with a prescription I don't even think I need and 0 solutions for the entire reason I went in the first place. $35 down the drain for my co-pay and now I need to find an eye doctor who will actually listen to me and address my issues.

Mixed bag. I do have a condition that makes my eyes trickier. But also, I knew something was wrong with my prescription the minute they handed me the glasses. I'm not sure whether the doctor wrote the axis down wrong or if it was ordered wrong but it took several visits and more than a month to get a correct set of glasses. I feel the doctor listened well and I wish I'd demanded to see him sooner. I didn't feel like the lady at the glasses counter was really listening. She's just kept telling me to give it some time. I had to turn my glasses almost 90 degrees to see out of one side. Time did not fix that.

I have been going here 4-5 yrs. Everyone has always been nice & professional. My glasses have always been correct & prescription has always been correct. Dr. Lett is professional & nice.

Dr. Lett is exceptionally knowledgeable; I came in originally with that corneal abrasion and he was wonderful. Now that that is cleared up and it was time to get my glasses he did eye exam on me and he is very thorough and experienced. I appreciate that a lot he's, kind helpful and generous. I will continue to see him and recommend him for years to come... Thank you Dr. Lett. The office staff are also very kind very knowledgeable. That is very much appreciated as well. They also had to look up my insurance carrier. I didn't know but they did. That's like magic. Thank you office staff.

I did not have the best visit and walked away still confused. The staff is very nice, especially Stephanie. I came in mentioning contacts and glasses, and we had discussion on contacts but he did not give me a prescription for contact lenses (I didn't know they were different from glasses prescription). Doctor is nice, but the visit wasn't satisfactory enough to make me a return patient.

Best eye dr I've ever been to!! I've grown up with glasses sence I was very young. I've seen PLENTY of eye drs and this office is THE BEST! Only ever had 1 problem with a pair of glasses and after 2 weeks I took them back in and it was fixed with no problem! Been going here for years and recommend to everyone I know. No one I know has ever had a bad thing to say

My experiences with Dr. Lett have been GREAT! He is quick and thorough and very knowledgeable. His staff is very friendly and helpful when comes to ordering my prescription and setting up my appointment. I would highly recommend him.
