Luttrell's Eyewear saved my favorite glasses I broke my favorite pair of glasses -- the ones I've been wearing for eight years -- when the hinge snapped. I was told by more than one place that they were basically unrepairable. That's when I brought them to Luttrell's Eyewear. I met with Bobby Luttrell Jr., explained the situation, and showed him the hinge. He was honest and said it was rare and complicated, but that he'd try. I walked out a little discouraged... but the very next day he called me and said they were fixed. And not just fixed -- they were solid, aligned, and back to feeling like my old glasses again. This was literally the day before Christmas, which makes it even more impressive. These weren't cheap frames, and more importantly they were my frames. Bobby and the team didn't try to sell me a replacement -- they took the time to save what mattered to me. If you think your glasses are beyond repair, take them here before you give up. I'm wearing mine again because of them.

Bobby is one of the most knowledgeable and caring opticians I know. Always goes over and beyond for his patients. Would recommend time and time again.

My favorite eyewear place in knoxville for several reasons. The guys who run it have decades of individual and combined experience, they know what they are doing , SUPER nice customer experience and environment to shop in/with . They also do things that other shops might not do anymore or simply can't do . They had a peice that helped a pair of vintage glasses bought not stab my ears and apparently the only place in town with this little plastic peice (and difficult to fit/find online ) . Next time I get glasses for sure going to selected from there very nice and fashionable selection . Would recommend anyone shop here if they need a pair of quality glasses .

Had a great experience here, went on a friend's suggestion. I had struggled to find frames that fit my wide head and strong prescription at the national chain vision stores, but Bobby and his staff were able to spoil me for choice with a number of really nice designer frame options that were comfortable to wear. Ordered them on a Tuesday, had them in hand by Friday. Very personable folks, and an easy, pleasant experience overall, a rare thing anymore. Would be glad to do business with them again...thanks!

This has been my family's eye care place for the last five years. Each time I go there I know I will get expert advice when I need it, and plenty of time and space to shop on my own if I'm in a mood to do that. The selection of frames is fantastic, and the staff bring high expertise and zero pressure. I just bought new glasses today, and they used my old frames to make a new pair of sunglasses, as well. I love both new pairs of glasses!

I am always treated very well when I go into Luttrell's eyewear. They are very knowledgeable and have great customer service! I have gotten adjustments and repairs many times for NO CHARGE! I highly recommend Luttrell's eyewear!!

Bobby and Mike take A+ care of us no matter how much our prescriptions might challenge them. Great care and great service. Easy to recommend.

I can't say I had the "amazing service" at this place like the other reviewers have and I have been wracking my brain for reasons why I was treated badly here. I wanted so much to give this place 5 stars but sadly my experience was not 5 stars and the only reason I am giving 2 stars is due to the wide selection of frames they have and it's a cute little shop. I was attended to when I came in but was insulted from the beginning until the end with comments I would rather not share on here except the most insulting comment the person who helped me said "if my eyes were not so messed up I could have so many more options". I shouldn't have to hear comments like that since I have never been treated that way from any other eye doctors or eyeglass centers due to my high prescription which is beyond my control. I had such high hopes for this place since I was recommended it by a friend but instead left almost in tears. Sadly I will not be recommending this place.
