I went as a walk in and within minutes having my eye test. From the moment I walked the staff was friendly and attentive.
The young lady that gave me the eye test was beyond efficient, incredibly nice and really funny.
When I was choosing my frames there was a great selection and they had multiple versions of the pair that I've grown accustomed to wearing.
There was zero pressure when it came to ordering the actual glasses. I told them exactly what I wanted and they proceeded to take the information and ring me up. Plus I was entertained by Doug's "dad jokes" during the process.
I was told it would be 10-14 days, because of the prescription and I had them in less than a week.
My total for two pairs of progressive lenses and frames was $139. No tax on medical in Tennessee. I dare you to find high quality glasses anywhere for that price.
I've seen a couple of bad reviews on this location and I think the people who made them are either miserable or just can't be pleased.
In conclusion, I highly recommend this location. Thanks to everyone there.
I would give no stars, if possible. Aside from the fact that you don't see an actual optometrist for your exam- I didn't even have the telehealth portion, this review is solely about my glasses. Everyone employee wise was very friendly, but only one seemed to have any idea what she was doing.
I ordered 2 pairs of glasses and paid over $500 for them. At first one pair arrived broken, they had to send them back. When they came in, I could only see out of one pair. They kept telling me the prescription was the same, and to take it home and try it for a few days. I couldn't even drive with them on, so I brought them back. The only (to my knowledge) licensed optician in the building, who was fantastic, told me that the axis was off and because of the strength of the prescription, it couldn't be off by more than 3 points for me to be able to see. Also, my original pair had strings like the ones in the picture hanging from them where they weren't polished on the bottom. She sent them back.
The next time I go to pick them up, I still can't see. The lady there (not the one from before) tells me that they're off by 6 points but it shouldn't matter. I tell her the optician said anything more than 3 and I wouldn't be able to see. She consults chart, says I'm right but she cannot send them back a 3rd time. She also told me the girl broke the frames trying to fix the lenses and they had to use a pair from the store, I'm assuming the display. She refunds my money and still sends them back.
Finally, I get yet another text they're ready. I go to get them, but surprise- I still don't see well out of them. At this point, I decide to say they're fine and cut my losses, I just need a back up pair. When I get to the car, I decide to try them on again, and the stem snaps clean off, it looks like they tried to glue it on. Not to mention there's adhesive on one side where there was a sticker. I sent my prescription to an online place and was able to see perfectly out of them for less than $200. Don't waste your money. Since I was refunded, I thought this might help someone out, because what I can't be refunded is my time.
I had an outstanding experience at Stanton Optical, thanks entirely to Kayla Sommerio. I have a pretty challenging prescription--especially for my Meta glasses--and Kayla absolutely crushed it. She took the time to walk through everything carefully, made sure the lenses were done right, and didn't rush the process at all.
What really stood out was how hard she worked to find discounts through my insurance even though it was out of network. Because of her effort and attention to detail, I ended up getting glasses not just for myself, but for my wife as well--and saved far more than I expected.
Kayla is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about doing right by her customers. If you're going to Stanton Optical, do yourself a favor and ask for her. Top-tier service from start to finish.
I LOVE my new pairs of glasses. Insurance wanted to make me pay 25% of the bill. I opted to do the 2 for 79 deal and saved sooooo much. Thank you all so much for working with me.

I purchased two pairs of glasses a few weeks ago at this location and had a great experience from the start! After getting them home, I did run into a couple of small issues with one pair (mostly just discomfort on my part and slight fishbowl effect), but when I went back to the store, Charity, the store manager, was so kind and helped fix the situation quickly and calmly.
Kayla also helped me for a majority of my visit back, and she was wonderful--super nice, really knowledgeable about the inventory, and honest in the best way when I asked for her opinion on a new pair of glasses.
I've bought six pairs of glasses from Stanton over the last few years, including two at this location, and I was beyond impressed with the selection and customer service here. I'll definitely be back!
My experience here was wonderful. Kayla was so nice and helpful apon arrival. I got taken back for my exam quickly and the lady who gave my exam was knowledgeable and thorough and made me feel comfortable. Definitely recommend! Great customer service and great price!
I went into Stanton to get my glasses adjusted to help fit my face, Omar was so helpful and got the job done. Very impressed with his ability to multitask considering he was the only one in the front. Checking someone out/helping someone who can't see out of their new glasses/ and helping someone decide what lenses they should buy for that persons specific needs. If he's not a manager already, he needs to be promoted either way.
