Yesterday was my first time going to Tapp Optical and they will be my forever eye doctor. The customer service was amazing. The optometrist was friendly, nice, and knowledge. Their office was very welcoming when I entered and each person there made sure I knew exactly what was happening during my appointment and after with what my insurance was going to cover. I highly recommend this place for any eye care needs!

The care there was OK, but I came to feel more and more uncomfortable with each passing visit due to the bibles laying around the waiting room. On behalf of the many minority groups that don't use that book, I think I prefer an eye doctor with less proselytizing.

My son had a lazy eye and had to be checked every three months, so we have gotten to know the employees here quite well and have yet to have a bad experience.
