Target Optical

It was our 1st experience with Target optical and it was great! Dr. Daniel did a great job with our exams. Greg, the optician was really helpful as we picked out our frames. He made sure we did things the most cost effective way and that we understood everything about the lenses. If I asked something he didn't know, he looked it up to follow up right away. He was also very personable and pleasant! We also loved saving an extra 5% with our Red card!!! Def a great place to get glasses. They had some really cool frames - we loved the glasses with magnetic sunglass attachments! They are mailing our glasses to us to save us the +25 mile trip! So nice and convenient! We are excited to get our new glasses! We recommend trying Target for glasses!

Everyone at Target optical has been top notch, Christine Porras is very thorough and extremely polite and professional at her job. I can't say enough of how impressed I am at the level of service and personal experience I receive with every interaction at both the Maryville and Turkey creek location. Cashier Greg 433812 provided excellent service in making sure my eyeglass lens were ordered and repaired. Informing me of the latest eyeglass frames that have been released and making the whole process a pleasure. I will be revisiting for my next pair. 5 ***** Service!!!

From start to finish, the team--especially Christine and Tammy--went above and beyond to make my eyeglass shopping a breeze. Their customer service is hands-down the best I've ever encountered. Christine was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, helping me navigate their impressive selection of frames to find the perfect pair that suited my style and budget. She took the time to understand my needs and made spot-on recommendations without any pushiness. Tammy was equally fantastic by taking the initiative to repair my old glasses on the spot so I could keep using them until my new pair arrives--what a lifesaver! On top of that, they handled all the insurance paperwork seamlessly, filing directly with my provider and maximizing my benefits, which saved me a ton of hassle. The entire process was smooth, professional, and genuinely pleasant, thanks to their warm and attentive approach. If you're in Knoxville and need glasses, go to Target Optical and ask for Christine and Tammy--you won't be disappointed! I'll be back for sure.

Christine and Greg are always so sweet! I absolutely cannot buy glasses anywhere else. I've tried several other stores, but the quality from target is the best I've found.

So many cute glasses. The staff was awesome and let me stand at the glasses wall for basically an hour trying on glasses without hovering around me. Special shout out to Tammy, she was amazing and provided great service!
