I always feel that I have been well cared for at Tennessee Valley Optical Center. From the moment I am greeted by the friendly receptionist until I leave, I am treated like a valuable patron. The Ladies, Nichole and Pam, always give me good advice with my choices and make certain that I have my glasses adjusted and fit just right. It is great to have consistency with the staff so that they know my history. They are real Professionals. I am very comfortable with this group and highly recommend them to others

These people were so helpful for picking out my new eyeglasses. I was so nervous about looking silly and not knowing what to choose. Two women were super helpful. They helped me try out several pairs of glasses and gave me great feedback about what looked best.

Glasses do not darken as paid for. The division is right at split level descending stairs and I have fallen twice do to projection of split image. Dr timothy Thomas, Brazil not possible to call and obviously can't get to the Eye Center 5000 miles away.
