Care is excellent. However 3 ot of 3 offices I have visited so far are slow in getting you in the actual visit. 45 mins to 1 hr is not good. Seems they over book appointments. Front desk at one of the offices sounded like you were in a pub, with all the loud laughing and talking over each other. To me it was a very uncomfortable place to be.

Dr. Harris was exceptional in explaining how the procedures would be handled along with time frame for both eyes. Took time to insure I understood what caused and how it would be handled. The staff was very good at taking care of all the patients. Dr. Harris thanked me for my service and l thanked him for his service. Great experience, thanks to everyone.

Doctor Harris is an amazing eye specialist. Who does amazing things concerning the eyes. However, his appointments have been on time to up to 6 hours late
This is inexcusable to expect and elderly person to wait like that.

Seems like they have it all together aside from managing time. If you have an appointment here, you may want to go ahead block off 3-5 hours on your schedule. Even for simple check ups. If your appointment is at 2:30, bring your lunch, a book, a blanket and maybe a little pillow cause you probably won't be seen until 5:00 when they close. Then they will rush your appointment so they can get home to catch up on the latest re-run of Scrubs. Absolutely ridiculous. Figure it out. One would assume they learned time management at med school.

I've taken both my teenager and 4 year old here and, in both occasions, the customer service from beginning to end was fantastic. The front desk and the tech were both so helpful with my 4 year old. The tech who worked with my teen was so much fun and Dr. Hughes was nothing short of incredible. On both occasions, I left our visits appreciative of the staff and how excellent they were with helping me understand what was going.

I must say everyone at this office are extremely caring and nice. They made my mom feel comfortable and at ease. My mom has a mind of an 8 year old at times, and she got real anxious when they were all coming in to check her pupils. the nurse and doctor both assured her everything was okay. Keep up the good work! They are amazing!!

Dr Maples and staff did a wonderful job with my husband and myself regarding our vision health. Dr Maples was able to answer questions we have had but had not gotten satisfactory answers to in the past at other facilities and to recommend a plan for improving our vision. The young lady at the front desk was very patient working with us on follow up appointments that could accommodate my husbands work schedule and all the techs were very helpful in explaining the things we needed to be doing for our eye health. We feel confident in the care we received and will be happy to give this all of them a great recommendation! .
