Vision Best Eyecare

After having problems with my previous eyeglass place, I scoured the internet trying to find someone who was able to help me get the Zeiss lenses I knew and loved. After calling around to various places, I stumbled upon Vision Best Eyecare. Lee was awesome and was able to answer all of my questions, and assured me that I wouldn't encounter the same issues with them that I had encountered with my other eyeglass place - She was right! I made the drive in to Knoxville, and she was able to get the measurements she needed, and after going over exactly what I had wanted, she was able to order my lenses up. Admittedly, the first pair were not exactly what I had wanted, but again - a quick call in to talk to her, and she had the situation rectified. The new lenses came in *perfect* - and as I am admittedly very fussy with the quality/type of lenses I use, that was awesome to see. True to her word, I've had my lenses for probably half a year now, and so far, they have held up great. Lee and the other young lady who helped me on both of my visits were super friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Looks like I've finally found myself a new eyeglass place! Thanks!

Dr. Best is awesome! Went there will a small issue but was very nervous and never been to an eye doctor before. Didn't know where to turn but felt reviews where good so we made a apt. Dr. Best took care of everything explaining the process and relaying to my wife as well knowing that she was a nurse. Yes I'm the baby of the household! Dr Best didn't mind she was patient and kind and her bedside manor was the BEST! I couldn't ask for a better DR. Don't hesitate to make a apt you will be in excellent care. Staff was very friendly as well and even allowed us to walk in without an apt to address a concern. I can't think them enough for the excellent care.

I cannot say enough good about the staff here! My husband and I came in today for an eye exam and were treated very well. Dr. Best was very kind and thorough during both our exams and the ladies working the front counter were very helpful and attentive to our needs. Would absolutely recommend them all to anyone looking for good eyecare!

I didn't get glasses until later in life. So I started at the "big box" stores. Over the last 3 years, the big one at our Knoxville mall has messed up my glasses and contacts over and over - never making eye contact with me or listening to my needs on top of ordering the wrong items. I finally found Dr. Best through a friend and she's been such a game changer! I'm finally wearing daily contacts (which I've wanted for years but told I couldn't have) and she put me in neurolenses to improve my glasses game! They're not inexpensive but they're worth it! I got them for sunglasses as well... AND I'm going to order an extra pair without power to wear with my contacts (for astigmatism) when I need to do more focused work/reading. She spent 40 min with me during the initial visit... never rushed me and really truly listened to my needs/wants! So grateful! Sent my husband to her and he is just as happy with her knowledge, instinct to educate and service.

I love Dr. Best! I have been seeing her even before she had her own practice in Turkey Creek. She is always so pleasant, very thorough, and easy to make an appointment with. Her staff is always friendly when I call as well. I highly recommend Vision Best Eye Care with Dr. Theresa Best!

Dr. Best and staff are the BEST! She is so prompt, thorough, and friendly, and she describes conditions in a way that is simple and easy to understand--a rare quality in a provider! Her attitude is fantastic, and you can tell she really loves what she does. I won't go anywhere else again!

I rarely do reviews but felt compelled after getting the best eye care I have ever had. Dr.Best is extremely professional and always makes sure to explain everything in a clear and precise manner. I am so glad I decided to give this place a chance after not being fully satisfied with my last optometrist. If you are looking for a great place for eye care then look no further.
