Visionworks Doctors of Optometry

The associate that took care of me from start to finish with ordering contacts & glasses was the sweetest. She also took her time to explain my insurance and prices which I really appreciated. The doctor who did my exam is the best. I also hope to see her every time!

My initial visit a month ago, the person who took me back to do the pre-screen, had me wear my reading glasses to do the far vision screening. I asked if I needed to take off my reading glasses, and they just giggled and said " okay I guess". The optometrist, with a very short with me. She was very rude. She did not explain the retinal scan I had. Or retinal picture whatever you want to call it. I have the early stages of glaucoma. Just looked at me and said everything looks fine. When I went out to get my glasses or pick them out The girl helping me pick them out was great. Help me pick out frames that would go with my face and everything. When I got back the girl who went and got my glasses for me, was very short with me. She acted like I was inconveniencing her because my glasses were not right. She did the lines and everything and sent them back. Fast forward to yesterday, I walked in the same girl was there got my glasses did not even speak to me. Spoke with another associate the entire time. I put glasses on look through them I still cannot see through them. I told her I could not see through them and she rolled her eyes at me. Very unprofessional! I then proceeded to tell her I want a refund. She told me that they could not process the refund out of the drawer because I paid cash. I would be sent a check in a week or two. I am not happy with visionworks. I have been going to you guys for quite some time. I will never be back.

very friendly fat staff. short wait time, everyone that I dealt with was very friendly and helpful from the guy that signed me in the lady that did the testing. also. the doctor was very nice. no rush and the sales associate was very friendly and helpful

Great experience! Just my second time there. First time was for an acute eye infection and this was for contacts. Both the doctor and tech were very friendly, professional, & knowledgeable and helped me with everything I asked. Highly recommend!! Ease of making appointment was amazing and no wait when I got there. Love it!!

Loved friendliness of staff. Great selection of frames. Their promptness and help also the staff's knowledge of their jobs. Will recommend to everyone. Also cannot beat their prices.

Very good and professional experience here at vision works. Called for a last minute appointment due to work travels and they got me in the same day. Jessica was very quick with getting me squared away before i saw the doctor and answered all my questions. Jenna was extremely knowledgeable and professional during my visit and took the extra time to explain all the reasons my eyes needed an adjustment. Very smart and classy ill be sure to make all future appointments here with this staff

Initial visit to get glasses was great. But turns out this place lied to me. When asked if they accept my insurance I was told yes, told my copay, and told what all my insurance will cover (ex: allowance for frames). Come to find out, they aren't in network with my insurance and were going to want an additional $265 for my glasses. Only upside to this is I was able to return them, however, now I have to wait 4-6 weeks to have my benefits reinstated so I can get the glasses somewhere else . Wish someone there would tell patients up front whether or they are in network or not instead of catching people in loop holes...

Follow up on my last review. Ask Mike. If you need something done. He quickly fixed all the problems from my last review. He took the time to make sure we were taken care of the situation. My children really liked how he took care of getting their glasses. My glasses did take a month to come in but he didn't rush me making sure they were properly fitted.
