Visionworks will always have my utmost respect and service! Everyone was very welcoming, got greeted at the door, picked out frames the my exam and even got my glasses within 20 minutes tops! Answered all of my questions and treated me like a person and not patient. They will always be my go to place for glasses.

I highly.recommend the Millertown Pike location. The entire staff from front office back to the optometrist were amazing. While I waited in the lobby there was an irate and irrational patient who chose to use colorful language at the staff and the situation was handled beautifully. Staff did all they could to de-escalate the situation and get the patient the answers she needed. The staff at this location are very knowledgeable regarding insurance. The optometrist listened to all of my concerns and talked with me about options for my vision switching between my computer distance needs and my everyday visions needs. She was the best optometrist I have seen to date. 10 out of 10 recommend this location in the Knoxville area.

Dr. Quirand was FANTASTIC! I have never had such a thorough and helpful exam. He made sure that I was informed about what I've been doing wrong with my eyes, as well as provided steps to ensure safe and well practices I can do at home. I have NEVER experienced this before. The staff in the front were incredibly nice as well. Wonderful experience altogether.

I made a phone call to Visionworks and got an appointment on the same day. The staff were very welcoming. The most important part of my experience was Dr. Quirand. This nice man took his time and explained all my eye scans in detail. In my 51 years I have never had an O.D. explain so many important things in detail about my eye health. The staff is very friendly efficient and knowledgeable.My wait time to get into the appointment was minimal.Everyone is compassionate and kind.The optometrist answered all of my questions and was very helpful without seeming bothered.My glasses were ready in about an hour...which I thought was amazing!!! And the cost was extremely affordable and application of insurance was done with ease by the knowledgeable staff. It really was an excellent experience!
