Paradise in the vision center is absolutely awesome! She took time to explain what I was getting and what I needed. She didn't treat me like a customer, she treated me like she really cared. She was patient and answered all my questions, They need more Paradise's in all their stores! Thank you so much for all your help.

Paradise is rude to parents. Doesn't seem to understand how eye doctor appointments and prescriptions works. Doesn't understand that eye doctors have appointments booked out in advance so the sooner you can get it can be months out. Doesn't check records. Doesn't give supervisor information when you ask. Had two horrible experiences with her. Everyone else is pleasant except her.

Drive 35 miles on my only day off. The man on duty Sade he was there just to clean and straighten up the shop. Your ad says nothing about on Sunday from 12:00 - 5:00 we can't give your glasses. The quality of lens must be less than good because this is the third set of lens in 6 months, never had this issue in the past. One more reason not to shop at Walmart.

The workers at this vision center are super helpful with finding exactly what i needed for my glasses, they recommended blue light and uv resistant lenses and helped me find the perfect frame. Whenever my glasses feel out of whack or a little off they always help with adjustments and repairs

Both of the new staff here have been nothing short of awesome when helping me with glasses. Bit of a wait due to two rude customers complaining about something the manager had no control over. I just wish they had more variety though. 10/10 experience. Very professional and friendly though!

Staff was not competent with insurance claims and then expected me to rectify their mess up on my end. There is much more, but at this point I will just say all my family members (4) will be going somewhere else for our glasses. We have all had issues at this location at some point over the past few years. Very poor customer service.
