I bought glasses here a couple of years ago and have really enjoyed them. Two days ago I dropped them in a parking lot and, while they were found and turned in at the store, the temple was bent completely flat- 45deg from where it belongs. I took them in to Warby Parker intending to try to use the lenses in a new pair of frames, but the optician was amazingly able to repair my frames! She spent a lot of time to carefully adjust the hinge so that it is now in perfect condition. I am thrilled and impressed. And very appreciative.

Halle was fantastic! She was the perfect amount of helpful, but gave us time/space. She was also proactively informative and knowledgeable at every turn. I'm disappointed that I haven't made an in-store visit sooner! We ordered multiple glasses. And as dramatic as it sounds, getting my glasses adjusted to not slide down my face is a life changer :) Warby Parker online worked great for my last order, but I'll always go in-person in the future.
