Dr. Winston and his entire staff has been extremely helpful. They were friendly and all extremely knowledgeable. Even though they were booked out for a month or so, I asked to be put on a cancellation list for certain days, they were able to contact me when they had a cancellation, and got me right in. They have also helped my 4 year old daughter with her vision, and she is loving her glass. 10/10 would recommend!

I've seen Barry, Sam, and Blake for various problems and as their schedules permitted. I've been very happy (ecstatic really) with the results. This place was amazing. The site looks clean and well-maintained. When you go inside, there is seating it's not the best seating but it's doable. The front desk receptionists's are amazing and sweet. The amount of glass choices of frames is unbelievable. The person helping you choose frames asks what you want and will go search all of their frames to find just what you're looking for. They are ready to help in any way that you need especially matching your insurance options to what is available in their Store. If there isn't something available, they are willing to go online to their store and choose different colors. This is so helpful and amazing. My doctor was so sweet he assured me that my eye changes were only natural due to my age and that everything looks great. I felt very comfortable and accepted no matter what at this office even when I mention that I had multiple partners, they didn't seem upset or, anything like I said this is a great place to get your eyes done. If you need new glasses, please come here.

The front office people are wonderful! However, Dr Winston was entirely unhelpful. He rushed me, said my prescription was the exact same as two years ago, and when I said I was having trouble seeing in general and that lights at night were making it hard to drive, he said, "Well I don't have a good answer for you," and sent me on my way. I will be changing eye doctors.

I have been a patient at Winston Eye for over 20 years, but when I called to make an appointment, they were two months out - all the doctors. When I said that this was too long wait and that I would contact another eye doctor, the girl on the phone said, "ok, bye". That's it - nothing else. Not, let me call you if we have a cancellation, or I'm so sorry. Nothing! This is not a good way to treat your long time patients!! I am now going to LensCrafters!

Dr. Sam and the other providers at Winston eye & vision are exceptional doctors. They have helped tremendously with the treatment of my family's eye care needs including trying close to 15 different types of contacts until one fit my eyes perfectly. I felt like I was heard and my eye health and comfort was their top priority. I can not recommend them enough. I wish I could rate them higher than 5 Stars cause they deserve it.
