I cannot say enough wonderful things about my LASIK experience with Dr. Woolfson. The consultation was thorough, the procedure itself was quick and comfortable, and the results have been absolutely life-changing. I woke up the next day with clear vision and zero complications. Dr. Woolfson is not only incredibly skilled, but kind, reassuring, and attentive to every question. Truly the best decision I've ever made and the best doctor to trust with your eyes! The other staff could be a bit more responsive but overall I could not recommend this practice more.

I got LASIK on my eyes about three weeks ago and it was a great experience. Woolfson was recommended by two different eye doctors in separate locations that I went to so I felt comfortable booking my surgery with them. The video they have you watch before you go in was extremely helpful. I was really nervous before I watched it, but the video was done so well with the explanation of everything and what to expect, it put my mind at ease. He was so personable in it, his personality really came through which was refreshing. Finally, a doctor with a sense of humor! When I got to the clinic the next day he took his time to answer any questions and go over things again that was said in the video. My eyes healed up nicely. I could see perfectly the next day! The staff was great as well. A very much appreciated experience. I would highly recommend them!

To say I was nervous to get LASIK would be a huge understatement. Every single person at Woolfson, from the people working the front desk, to everyone who walked me through my initial consultation, to Dr. Woolfson himself were fantastic and eased my nerves. Dr. Woolfson was generous with his time, answering questions and giving a full picture of what to expect. The procedure was quick and painless, and his mix of communication and humor made it one of the easiest things I've ever done. The results have been amazing. I would absolutely do it again.

After 15 years of struggling with glasses/contacts (usually a combination of both), I came off Dr Woolfsons table with better vision than I've had since my 20's. It's a bargain at twice the price. Dr Woolfson is a no-nonsense doc. He'll tell it like it is, no sugar coating, no foreplay, but he's extremely efficient, and answered a minor (trivial) post-op concern I sent to him the day after by text very quickly. I found the experience to be very under-promised and over-delivered. My results were better than what they'd told me to expect.

I did extensive research on who I was going to trust to perform my eye surgery and I chose Dr. Jonathon Woolfson with confidence! I had read many amazing reviews, but also just felt a sense of security reading through his website. You can tell when a doctor knows what he is doing and if they would be the best fit for something as life changing (and intimidating) as Lasik. Before my surgery I watched a very informative video he made which covered all the bases, it was reassuring and comforting. The consultation exam was thorough and the ladies at the Knoxville location were so kind, fun and professional! It was a joy to speak with them. Definitely a welcoming environment there! I have anxiety so I'm glad to have had them by my side through the exam process. When our group arrived for surgery day everyone was relaxed just hanging out in a nice room, we received awesome care packages with the cutest Wolf stuffed animal! That made my day honestly. My 4 year old absolutely loves it too. Anyway back to surgery day, Dr. Woolfson came into the room and talked to us all, asking if we had questions and hung out for a minute to make us all comfortable. He was so fun but all business at the same time. He has doctors come to him for their Lasik surgeries which was nice to hear! He has done many many procedures and has a ton of experience. He makes you feel at home and talks through the surgery, along with the ladies helping him in the room so you know what exactly is going on during it. You will not meet a more caring team! I personally thought the procedure was a wild but cool experience. I would do it again and I would most definitely come back to Dr. Woolfson. I have recommended him to everyone I know, even friends in other states, and random people I bump into! I am also extremely happy with how quick and painless the surgery itself was, I think I was in the chair for 60 seconds not even kidding! The healing process has been easy, I don't have any side effects and I could see a lot more clearly right as I sat up from surgery. The next day felt like I had superhero vision! I'm thrilled with this new chapter of life, I had such a rough time with contacts feeling extremely uncomfortable so I couldn't ever wear them. As for glasses I missed out on a lot of opportunities/activities because of them and felt like I hid part of myself for too long. I'm forever grateful I took this leap of faith and trusted Woolfson!! We were also incredibly fortunate to have Dr. Leff as our physician. He is not only highly skilled and knowledgeable but also compassionate and patient. He took the time to explain everything in a way we could understand and made sure all of our questions were answered with care and clarity. His expertise gave us full confidence, and his kind demeanor put my mother completely at ease. Dr. Leff's team of technicians also deserves recognition -- they were thorough, efficient, and incredibly kind throughout every interaction. I received Lasik surgery 6 hours ago at Woolfson Eye in Knoxville and honestly, I barely feel the slightest irritation in my eye. The entire staff was very polite, expedient, and professional. Dr. Woolfson thoroughly explains every little detail of what the procedure entails and how to manage your recovery successfully. I now see why most eye doctors trust Dr. Woolfson to operate on their eyes. Consultation is free, the experience and results are great, what more can you ask for?
