I was referred to Dr. Matthew McBride in early October 2024, and he and his staff have always been very compassionate, professional and efficient. He was instrumental in developing a vital element of the treatment plan for my issues and his expertise has been extremely valuable in me being able to overcome major vision deficits and progressing to where I have today. I am a stroke survivor. His team has become a vital part of my own. From the first appointment to the most recent -- through the Prism Lenses, through much recovery... Dr. Matt is a MVP in my book!

I'm very grateful for the efforts made to rectify the problem to my satisfaction.
Picked up new glasses over a month ago and they are not fitted correctly. The glasses are causing pain and headaches behind my ear. I've been back in 7 times for an adjustment and it still hasn't been corrected. I've worn glasses for 50 years and have never had a problem like this. I'm completely frustrated with their ability to properly fit my glasses to relieve my discomfort.

The staff are great and the Dr. Sims really takes time to explain things to you and gives you options as far as your prescription for contacts or glasses. I only have four star because their glasses selection is very nice, but very expensive for the most part. Designer brands(Gucci, Prada, etc)
