The doctors and staff are nice. The problem is that my glasses were too strong and instead of listening to my complaints they just told me that they take time to get used to... I ended up going somewhere else and getting the correct lenses

Doctor and staff are nice as can be.
After waiting nearly a month for a pair of glasses, I tried to cancel the and was told that I would only get 50% of my payment. Absolutely insane policy to not be able to take care of a customer who just wants to see well on Christmas.
I highly recommend looking elsewhere if you do not want to be taken advantage.

So disappointed. Just found out that they sent my account of less than $100 to collections after verbally telling me I could make monthly payments at their office or by phone until paid in full. They accepted my payment in June and again in July. I paid in person. this month I called and was told to contact the collection agency. The balance is being charged because they refused to send the annual eye exam bill to my vision insurance and the diabetic part to medical. Instead they sent both to medical. However, this year the did it the right way.
