mia Has taylor was great ! explained everything fully. my one complaint is filling out paperwork that is already in the system from prior visits . it is redundant , time consuming and a waste and f time and energy and slows the office flow. get some ipads that integrate with your computer system and just ask for simple things like change of address any changes to health history or new insurance. it's maddening enough to consider changing offices. it's the third time i've filled all this paperwork from scratch. last time i did it didn't bother me because at least 3 years elapsed. this visit i was on schedule but still filled out all this same info .

Dr. Harris is a wonderful doctor. I can see better than I have in years.
My complaint is with the wait times patients have to sit through between exams. After undergoing the first scan/refraction exam, I had to go into a waiting area and didn't move onto the next exam for 45 minutes. My feeling is that it shouldn't take an hour and a half for a simple follow up appointment.
