Dr. Billingsley is the best optometrist to whom I've ever been. She is very friendly and put me at ease during the exam. She is extremely knowledgeable and thorough and kept me informed about each procedure. She exhibits great care for her patients.

I took my 95 year old mother to Dr. Billingsley's office. The practice recently moved to a brand new facility, so the office and exam rooms are fresh and spotless. I was able to schedule a late afternoon appointment which suited my work schedule. Dr. Billingsley's assistant was wonderful working with my mother who has dementia. She was patient, caring, and funny. She knew just what to say to help an apprehensive senior through a stressful exam. All calls get routed to the Weisgarber Rd office.

My husband and I had an appointment at the Weisgarber location and there was a mess up with our appointment to where they were unable to see us due to the insurance we had was not valid at this location, but was valid at their other location the receptionist at the weisgarber location was so rude we felt defeated we had already traveled an hour for this appointment location , Dr. Billingsley was the only location available for us to go to which was another 30 minutes from where we were , and let me say Dr. Billingsley and her staff were Fantastic they helped us more than their main office and made us feel at home and made sure they could do all that was possible to make our Experience memorable.We live in Sevierville so it is quite a drive, but well worth it we will definitely be coming to this location for all of our eye care needs they made a big impression on us!
