Rachel and Erica both give terrible service. You have lost 2 customers with your gatekeeping and lack of customer service. To blatantly lie saying u will send me my prescription then didn't shows you just want to force customers to shop amongst your poor selection. I got my exam done here and just couldn't find nice frames. I won't be going back. Office is dank and drab, very grandma's living room. To each his own, you have been warned.

Would not recommend the glasses I got the frames were twisted didn't fit right and I couldn't even see how the lenses

Appt at 10:30, not even called till 11:10.......floors need vacuumed in waiting area as well as 1st exam room before U see Dr.......numerous ceiling tiles stained brown & chairs torn up, bad look for business. When your done with exam they send u to pick frames, but the guy is out front (smoking I believe) so u cant try on frames to even pick one because they are all locked up. You'd think the overprice they have written on frames was actual value. LMBO cheapest frame I saw was $165 but they all look cheap. Left without ordering glasses----1.5 hrs to get prescription. I ended up getting designer/name brand frames at different store for $99 & they actually came with 1yr warranty which 2001 doesn't offer...............The Dr was great!!

I only get my prescription filled here. So when I came back to pickup my glasses. The guy Mark that works there sees me and go out the door with a customer. The lady that work there was like he is the person to adjust your glasses for you. I had to go get him to adjust them. And he did but headed me my glasses and walked off. Didn't ask if they where ok or not. He is always rude as ever and loud when I go there. And he has been there I know for over 25 years. So he should know better. Especially with all the crime he in Memphis.

Just picked up my new glasses.I asked him to make sure the case he gave me for my new glasses carried the same name. He said that was not his department! He never asked me to try them on for adjustments."What you want me to do now?" Really??? I wonder who ruffled his feathers before I got there. .But, I assure you, I can spend my money elsewhere.

I didn't even go in but from the phone conversation I know they are not professional. First he answered the phone not even saying what company is and said I gotta put you on hold so after about 5 min he came back and said YEAH WHAT CAN I DO. . After he told me the next available date that wasn't good for me he didn't say anything else and just hung up. I can only imagine what it looks like inside.

I been going there for years I am 27 great Staff and good service I have been to len crafters and other eye glasses company and always make it back to them I really recommend them to everyone and only reason why I left my job insurance them cover them anymore and yes everyone can smoke on there break and you have to have glasses lock up during these days and age .
