I took my Brother here to get a pair of glasses. The front desk clerk was very friendly and professional. He is partially blind in one eye. They did a full eye exam and discuss with him the type of glasses would be best for him. After they discuss with him the type of glasses would be best for him they fitted him for some glasses after him and I selected the kind and color he would like. It took about 2-3 weeks.to come in..They call me and took me that his glasses had come in. I took him and he tried on his glasses,they made some adjustments to them. My brother said that they help him to see better. The entire staff they an outstanding job!!! I highly recommend them.

I absolutely love Dr. Sloan he is an excellent optometrist, he does thorough exams and makes you feel comfortable. His staff has changed over the years, they are not as helpful or accommodating as his former staff was. If I didn't have history at this office I would leave. It's hard for me to pay for suboptimal service.

My appointment was at 3 o'clock mom today and it's now 4:47 pm. I arrived on time with my son for his exam and have yet to be seen or updated on anything regarding his exam! I've waited patiently with my kids even speaking with the kind receptionist at front desk. This is by far the worst experience coming to get an eye exam with my children I have ever experienced!

Front desk staff was rude and short. The others were nice and professional. Watch out though because they push their higher priced frames only showing limited frames that your plan covers. The doctor was very nice and professional.

It's almost a month and I'm still waiting on my glass no one answer the phone so I drive across town for nothing. Also I get there and they're not busy at all . We have use this one for years time to move on !
