I would give 5 stars because of the service that was provided by Dr. Gray. She was very thorough and professional. I gave 2 because of what happened after the exam. Now when I went to check out and purchase my glasses. The person who helped me (first initial is J) was unprofessional. Number one I couldn't really understand what she was saying because she wasn't talking very loud. Number two as she was adding products to my glasses, she did not break down the price for what i would be paying for. She used words I didn't know the meaning of. Instead of saying one line bifocal she used the scientific word for it. When I asked was it an extra charge for that, she said yes. Did not tell how much. Also, I put two pairs of glasses on the table for the 89.95 deal, assuming she knew what that was about, then charged over 600 dollars for the two pairs of glasses. When I asked why so much and what happened to the deal, she stated, I didn't know you were getting the deal or she didn't know i didn't have insurance. I'm paying out of pocket, if i did not qualify for the deal, that should have been explained to me before she ranged me up. She didn't have anything to show what I purchasing nor the price of everything either. I told her "a break down of the pricing would have been nice". No response from her. I paid for the exam and left and will not come back. FYI my daughter and mother both come here for glasses, never been treated like this before.

Ms Gwen, Ms. Rose and Dr. Gray were the best! I got a same day appointment and my glasses and contacts were available one week later! I am so pleased with the my service!

This was by far the best experience I've ever had visiting an eye dr! My glasses broke and my regular practice couldn't see me until December!! America's Best for me in same day! They answered and explained everything about my eyes and I learned so much! Prices also very fair! I'm def going back next time I need glasses!!!

I arrived a few minutes late. However, I was taken right into my appointment, no time waiting at all. Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant.

Jazze was a great representative and her service was the best! I don't think it could've been better.

I had the worst experience ever at another location. I decided to go here and give them a try because my 2nd pair of glasses had to be remade 3 different times at the other location and still wasn't right. I was frustrated and what took months at the other location only took 2 weeks at this location. They are friendly and very helpful. You can tell they know what they are doing. Skilled and trained in their area of expertise. I told them I would never go to another location again. For someone who doesn't have insurance and pays out pocket for glasses and been wearing them almost my whole life I need them to be right and made feel like I know what I'm talking about. They didn't make me feel like I was crazy or just being picky. I couldn't see! Now I can!! Thank you!!!
