The staff was extremely helpful. Our appointment was on-time with NO WAITING. (Definitely a rarity for anything these days!) The staff even went above and beyond by reviewing several option with my insurance company to ensure I got the lowest price possible. Definitely will use this location again!

The staff overall was very nice. When I went in to see the doctor, the equipment that he used had eyelashes on them as if he had not thoroughly cleaned the equipment between visits. And it was on more than one peace of equipment. Very unsanitary. I told him about it. He did wipe it off, but I may not go back to this location.

Today I went to America's Best Eyeglasses and Contacts on park. I arrived at 9am appointment wasn't until 930am. Was greeted by Abby very professional started my eye exam, and recognized Warren from another location. I felt so welcomed and shortly had my eyes diluted by the lady doctor she was great, set there til she was ready for me again about twenty minutes. Thanks for all the help.

The team is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I went in for new glasses and ended up ordering 2 pair and having the prescription updated in a frame that I already had.
The store was extremely clean, as well.

Poor quality products. Now I'm getting a bill in the mail for something I already paid . If I owed them money then how was I allowed to leave with a pair of glasses , 6 months of contacts and written prescriptions for both? Nobody answers the phone. On hold for 16 minutes twice. I absolutely would not recommend. Questionable practices, zero quality products. I regret even looking at this place. Never again. Park ave memphis tenn needs audited.

I could not recommend them enough!!! I already told all my friends and family to start coming here! I came last week for an exam/check up and before i even stepped foot into the building I had such a positive experience. Starting with Warren on the phone while making my appointment, every staff member was so wonderful during my experience, and all praise to Dr. Chen she is so sweet and smart. Definitely will be my new eye exam spot, and I recommend anyone reading this to do the same!!

Josh & Warren were both great the Dr as well all patient and helpful made the experience great for both my daughter and I this will be the only location we go to!!! Everyone was great!! It was a Saturday morning and that did not stop the customer service our questions were answered and we did not feel rushed ! Thank you all for a great visit!!!
