I had to come two different days and both sales persons were exceptional. The young lady Demaya made my day so much better I was aggravated due to the cost with my insurance coverage however she was able to make this appointment very easy and helped me find a solution that further my budget. The next visit was with Lauren and her service just tagged in and she was very patient and very knowledgeable. I have been a customer for years and these young ladies were amazing. Ok when i thought it couldn't get better I came back for contact training and Jay was absolutely amazing. She had soooooo much patience for me and grace. I wear contacts at 50 when i was scared of them my entire adult life. Job well done!!!!

Had a great experience at America's Best Memphis Poplar/240 location. I made the appointment a week or so ahead and even tho the Memphis streets were covered with snow and ice they were open and ready to help. Check in, pre exam and the actual exam were completed quickly. The hard part for me is always picking out a frame. I told the young man assisting me that I wanted frames that will have people saying "those frames look great on you ". Andres Adame made that happen! I've gotten so many compliments and feel so comfortable in my new glasses.THANK YOU Andres for your assistance and the time you took to help me. 5 STAR SERVICE

I had 3 pairs of glasses that each needed repair that I did not buy from America's Best. I stopped by to get them repaired fully expecting to be charged for the work. Ricardo was so friendly and provided amazing customer service by repairing all 3 glasses in less than 10 minutes without payment. I even offered him a tip and he said that he was just doing his job. Great customer service!

Demaya was amazing! From the moment I walked in she was super friendly and upbeat, which instantly made the whole visit feel easy. I honestly wasn't planning on buying anything that day but she showed me some great options and explained the deals in a way that just made sense. Next thing I know, I'm walking out with 2 pairs for only $89.95.
What I loved most was how she didn't just make me feel like just another customer. She actually took the time to listen and help me find something I'd be happy with. Her energy made the whole experience fun and because of that I'll definitely be coming back.

Wouldn't recommend going here. Brought my grandmother here for an eye exam and the experience was not good. After waiting 2 weeks for her glasses we finally picked them up and the same prescription were in both glasses. One was suppose to be her reading prescription and the other distance. I called up there to get the problem fixed the receptionist was utterly rude about it. Like how are you mad that you all made a mistake and me a paying customer calling about the mistake trying to get it correct. I should be mad not you. Will not be back not even going to get the right prescription I will have Walmart or Vision workz to put the CORRECT prescription in her glasses
