I have 5 children and All of them are patients here. I absolutely love Peepers! All staff is friendly, courteous and they care about your child's eyes they aren't just a number.

Dr.Flinn and his staff are extremely courteous and professional. The doctor is deeply concerned about patient health and wellbeing. An observation of mine was that Dr. Flinn's staff were primarily younger adults who aspire to advance their careers in the field of Ophthalmology. This philosophy speaks volumes with me when individuals are driven to give back to their communities and share their knowledge and experiences. Lastly, although his practice is somewhat directed towards pediatric patients, families are welcome to seek their medical care at his practice.

We waited in the waiting room for about an hour and a half, and the receptionist had issues with my insurance.. but once we got to the back - it was quick, and they were sweet! I felt like Dr. Flinn and his assistants answered all of my questions, as a concerned mother. They were also super sweet to my three month old.

Dr Flinn is an excellent clinician, truly an expert in his craft. He's thorough and patient, kind and thoughtful in his approach.

They will ask you to fill out paperwork online ahead of the appointment only to make you fill out more paperwork with the same information on paper when you arrive. This office is also incapable of keeping to their afternoon appointment times. This is the second year in a row that we had to wait over 30 minutes to be seen after arriving early for our scheduled appointment time. So make your appointments for the morning. All that being said the care provided is good and the staff is always friendly.

My daughter goes to Carl E Flinn for her eye, examine know as she doesn't like going there she doesn't cooperate, but he does a great job, but hopefully next time she will cooperate he's very professional and his staff I don't have a problem with anyone there. Everyone is very professional and they are very gentle with my little girl Thank everyone for a fantastic job!!!

I would not recommend this office to anyone. I wasted nearly an entire year on two appointments for my son, only to be told there was "nothing wrong" with his eye -- after waiting over two hours past our appointment time. The visit itself was rushed, dismissive, and felt like a complete afterthought. The doctor barely examined my son before making a judgment that clearly did not align with what we were seeing as parents. Trusting my instincts, I got a second opinion from another eye specialist in the Memphis area. That doctor immediately identified a real issue that needs to be addressed now while there's still time to make a difference. The contrast in care was night and day. We lost valuable time due to this doctors poor judgment and disregard. If you're concerned about your child's vision and want to be taken seriously, I suggest looking elsewhere.

Please don't go here!!! My baby had the wrong prescription and he's not educated at all about any child that has a diagnosis! On top of that it's really creepy just seeing this older guy with young Hispanic women working for him! So glad my children don't go here anymore!!!! Dr so rude, when I told him I wanted another opinion on my child eyes because I care! His response " you can get 1,2,3,4 and 5 opinions". I never in my life would want my child seeing a Dr that says that!
