I have continuously been impressed with my service at this Costco Optical. I recently had my prescription sunglasses adjusted to later find out they were actually damaged, frames and lenses. However, the staff was extremely helpful, already reimbursed me for the frames, and we are currently in the process (updating my prescription) for new lenses which they are taking care of. Melissa is a staff member that has been very reliable and understanding through all of this. I WILL NOT go anywhere else for my glasses-needs, they have been remarkable!!!!!

Every time I come here the line is insane and employees are avoiding customers as much as possible. If you forget to take a ticket you have to begin the waiting process over again. If it wasn't one of the few places that accepts my vision insurance I would never order from here.
