I have been going to Dr. Moss for years with no problem. This year, I had eye surgery and needed my glasses adjusted. Dropped them off on 01/11/24 and was told a week to 10 days. I paid in advance. Snowmaggedon happened, so i figured an extra 2 weeks. I called twice , the last time the middle of February, and was told the glasses weren't ready yet. I went into the office to get a refund and the office manager said the glasses had been ready since 01/26 and they had left a message (at a wrong number). Im having surgery again in a week and wont need glasses at all. The office manager told me "well, I can't just eat the cost." If you can, find someone else. After years of only going to this office, this is how I'm treated.
