The front office staff was great however the doctor was very rude. He seemed as if he was rushed /irritated and he did not address the concern I had about my child not being able to see with her current prescription! I'm almost sure this would not have happened at the Olive Branch location! I'm continuing my search for a new optometrist because No one should be handled this way when it comes to Healthcare!!!!

I was pleased that the staff, dr., and patients wore masks, but was disappointed that patients were not 6 ft apart. That was why I gave 4 stars. Dr Schaeffer was quite efficient and easy to talk to concerning his prognosis. The staff was professional.

First of all the staff was 17 minutes late getting there and our appointment was at 1 o'clock so yeah 1:17....No apologies for being late or anything. They didn't even speak to all of us patients waiting in the hallway all that time but once we were seen, they ended up being friendly.

Staff was great. Dr visit was horrible lacks compassion ,did nothing prescribed nothing said nothing waste of time and money.Still in pain eye swollen & red no orders or instruction for care.In all my 30 + yrs of nursing he was one of the worst
