I spent 2 days trying to make an appointment. The front desk person rarely answers the phone and there is not a voicemail to leave a message. When I did get a person in the line, she was so rude and just transferred me to yet another number that just rang and rang . I called the 1-800 number for them and finally I booked the appt for Monday. Well, today , the office called to confirm my appt. And said they don't take Medicaid. Well, I got their number and name from Medicaid itself, she said they don't take Medicaid. So , a week later , I still don't have my exam or glasses. My advice, go to someone that cares about customers.
