Dr. Richard C Buck, OD, PC

Dr. Buck provides excellent eye care! He has treated me and my wife for decades. His staff is always friendly and helpful. I also like that they run a tight ship and see you as soon as you arrive. I am in and out of there for my annual appointment. Dr. Buck provides exceptional care for his patients. I highly recommend his services.

The worst!!! They hung up in my face twice. I called later in the evening, not knowing that they were about to close. I was placed on hold for about five minutes and then someone hung up in my face. Once I called back, someone finally answered the phone, only to put me on hold again and never return. I was calling because I only got an exam and no one offered to order my contacts. Since I was in need and it was the end of the year, I only wanted to order contacts before the new year started. A simple conversation letting me know that I needed to call back tomorrow would've have sufficed. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I love the doctors there but the rest of the staff is very unprofessional! I will never make another appointment there again! I was recently there and I was the first walk in the next lady was also a walk in and she was put ahead of me and I was told that she had an appointment! I guess because I'm black I was too ignorant to look at the sign in sheet to see that she DID NOT have an appointment! One of the ladies called me after I left and had a very nasty attitude! Please get better employees. I know others who have said the same about the staff there.

Dr. Jones is a very meticulous optometrist. She was able to locate a hole in my retina using relatively common exam room equipment and persistence. She referred me to an ophthalmologist for surgery. It required two technicians in the ophthalmologist's office using more sophisticated equipment to find the hole because it was in an extreme area. They even questioned whether there was a hole, but they eventually found it.after continued search. Had Dr. Jones not been so thorough, the hole may have become a much more serious condition. Thanks for saving my vision!!!

Had an appointment at 3:45, walk-ins went in before us at 4:10. 4:30 we left. Completely unacceptable

Great ppl great accurate service fast and friendly I found them very proficient last few years
