I've been shopping for a new pair of glasses since all of my other ones are outdated, broken or have 'magically disappeared' from my car. So when I came across Eclectic I had high hopes, and I have to tell you, I wasn't disappointed. When I first went in I was approached by a young woman named Kimi, she was warm and confident in her knowledge and ability. I explained what I was thinking and she immediately started bringing me some to try on, which at first kind of threw me off but, she was being helpful. I tried on a few pairs until I came across the JMM's; then after that there was no going back for me! It's was like going car shopping and the first one you drive is a Porsche, at that point, how do you buy a Volkswagen? Eclectic is a great eyeglass boutique with excellent employees and a fantastic selection, would I return? Absolutely!!

I broke my glasses while visiting Memphis. Stopped by the midtown Memphis location and they advised me on prices without pressure. We decided that it would be better to wait until I returned home to get new glasses. They could have sent me on my way, but instead they fixed my glasses with tape and gave me enough contact samples to last me until I got home. Great service!!!

The atmosphere is welcoming, reminiscent of an exclusive, upscale coffee boutique adorned with luxury eyewear as its artistic backdrop. The selection is vast, and the staff's expertise is equally impressive. When you inquire about their specialty, there's a noticeable sparkle in their eyes. I've interacted with nearly every team member, and the service has been exceptional. Having worn glasses since the age of eleven, I've never encountered an eyewear gallery that offers customized glasses. Based on the frames or "masks" chosen, Eclectic Eye can craft lenses of any shape, which can be further personalized with transition lenses and/or color gradients. The name truly reflects its essence--eclectic!

So ever gotten off of a plane for a weekend trip with family and have a torn contact lens...ugh not at all how one wants to start a weekend much less one when you're away from home. Eclectic Eye came in clutch and rolled out the southern hospitality. Their staff was so kind and helpful and got me on my way in no time ready to see all of the sites of Memphis.
