I am highly disappointed in the staff!!! Dr. Moss is a great doctor, but he needs a better staff. I am highly disappointed with my last exam and treatment after having issues with my contact lens. I first ordered a year's worth of colored prescription contacts. When I went to pick them up and put them on, I couldn't see clearly and was told, while in the office, that my eyes would adjust to them. They didn't after almost a week so I called and was then told it was because I ordered colored contacts. This was strange to me because I have worn nonprescription colored contacts off and on for over 20 years and I explained that to the lady. She offered to order the brand of nonprescription I had worn, but she was not able to so she ordered what was supposed to be a year's worth of clear lens to replace my colored lens. She ordered 4 boxes of trial contacts with 3 contacts per box. When I went to pick them up I questioned why I was given trail boxes and the lady I spoke to didn't understand why either. I tried those and still was unable to see clearly. I had to go back 2 more times before I was able to see the doctor and have my prescription changed. I was given a trial pair, with the new prescription, to try and if they worked I was asked to call back and have my order placed. The new prescription worked and I called to have my order placed. After everything was straightened out with my prescription. I went in to pick up my year prescription of contacts I was given 16 boxes of trial lens that read FREE TRIAL LENS-NOT FOR SALE. I paid $325 for contact lens on the first day of my original appointment and I left with trial lens. I will never go back again. Dr. Moss is kind, caring, and friendly, but some of his staff should not be working in this field and I can't keep hoping I will deal with someone who knows what they are doing. I feel cheated and ripped off. I didn't pay for trial lens I paid for regular lens and I ended up with trial lens and the manager told the very kind young lady who didn't understand why I had so many trial boxes that these boxes were the equivalent to what I paid. How is that true when these do not have a retail value? She did not come out to speak with me although she was supposed to have ordered my correct lens herself. I was given her card the last time I left and told she would straighten it out. I left there feeling completely ripped off. My 4 children and I have been going there for years, but we will not be going back!

Great people, great doctor!!! Always are so kind and helpful!! Been going to them since 1990's. Drive all the way from Pickwick, TN now!!!

Hard to get an exam. They stay extremely booked up unless you can get in before 4pm Monday - Thursday, you won't be seen. They are only open until 1 on Friday and closed on the weekends. Hard to be seen for the working family.

I was afraid when I found I had a speck of what I thought was wood stuck in my eye. I called several places before this one early in the morning to see if I could be seen and they all said they were booked up. When I called the eye care center they were concerned and asked how fast I could get there. I was genuinely moved. When I got there the waiting area was so comfortable and the receptionist moved fast. The doctor was amazing. He took care of what I thought was wood but was metal that was stuck in my eye. He was so great! He really knew how to talk to me in way that kept me calm/relaxed and told me a story of others this happened to. In the future if I ever have any eye problems, I will always go here. He has made a customer for life and I hope the doctor never retires. :) Thank you so much for your care!

Dr. Moss and the wonderful ladies upfront did amazing. My eye was bothering me for about a week and when I made an appointment. I got to be seen that same day, when I got there I didn't feel rushed. Dr. Moss was very knowledgeable about my situation and help me fix it right away. Highly recommend friendly staff. Amazing Doctor.

I absolutely love this eye center! The staff is amazing and always have a positive attitude. The doctor takes his time with each patient and works hard to get them to see perfectly. He answers any questions you have and doesn't have a attitude if you have too many.

Dr. Moss is GREAT. I absolutely love Jackie, she is very knowledgeable and always honest when it comes to picking out my frames. She will never let you walk out of there without the perfect pair of glasses. Thank you so much to everyone that works here for always taking such good care of me! I highly recommend the eyecare center to anyone needing an Optometrist!! Honestly, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I read the reviews and I still wanted to give the Dr. a chance. So I just called to make an appointment. A mean, rough around the edges woman voice answers the phone. Did not say hello or any friendly greeting. Bad vibes. I'll take my 4 eye exam needing family to another place. Please get better staff. It's hurting your business and your reviews.
