I had a recent experience at your Poplar location that I feel needs to be addressed. While I found the medical care provided by the doctor to be satisfactory, I was disappointed with the professionalism of the front desk staff. Specifically, the African American lady receptionist questioned my wife about her choice to wear Islamic attire and inquired whether she was compelled to do so. Additionally, upon learning that my wife is Latina not an arabic the receptionist made an inappropriate comments expressing a clear bias towards the Arabic race and culture !! This behavior is concerning and does not reflect the level of professionalism one would expect. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future patients.

Amazing experience! I saw Dr. Brown who was amazing and just all around sincere. The staff from the inviting smile I received at the door to the smiles I received leaving were just phenomenal! I had a wonderful lady that actually helped me choose frames that I didn't even know I liked before she suggested them based on ones I had chosen. They definitely make you feel welcome and are very attentive to their clients! Thank you Eyes For You Poplar! Amazing experience!

I went to the poplar location on today 2/12/2025and the two young ladies that was working was so friendly and helpful, they was busy and they took time to help me, the doctor was super nice and informative, it was a nice experience but most of all the two young ladies that went above and beyond, great customer service. THANKS RESPECTULLY

Been coming to the places for over 7 years. I dropped my vision on my insurance and just pay the $130-$169 yearly. Best decision I made when I noticed my insurance was charging twice as much yearly. My daughter turn 18 and I let her go by herself this time. The staff was epic. Thank you for helping her.

Dr. Was great and so was 2 of the front desk ladies. One wasn't being professional at all. She was on her cell at the front desk. She was also talking extremely loud as we were getting my glasses order process. I will not be returning
