I have eye damage because if high blood pressure , told me to come back in a yeat cause they cant do nothing and she sais she would talk to the specialist not me. Don't go here. Other places around country will help u. Memphis is horrible place

The wait is way too long. I came in just for a follow up to a traumatic eye injury that landed me in the ER 3-4 weeks ago. This appointment was supposed to be very fast. Only 20-30 min (is what they told me last time I was here). Just a Quick Look to make sure the retina has healed. My fiance and I have been here for over a hour and a half sitting in the waiting room.. if I hadn't already paid the copay, I would have just left..

They mislead you and don't tell you beforehand that they are going to perform a procedure on you that insurance companies will not cover.

terrible. I got to my appointment I thought the cost was low for being students and well, he told me it's 230 omg I don't have that much and I told him he referred me to a clinic and the girl at the counter just told me to go back to your clinic (literally she ran me away). my clinic tells me to go...again make another appointment and then pay 243 dlls for that price they are specialists, the place is very bad, old deteriorated the attention they passed between them as they saw the patient because of my misfortune I am Mexican... they said Who is going to serve the foreing ? I have never felt so bad in a place that pays so much. in the other center of the eye in madison excellent service only as you touch the student attends to you... he did diopters... they don't here... the student lacks more education... not even to fire me... fire... thanks for to come.... 8/22/22I got another payment and they didn't tell me it would be something extra...another 90 is a joke for poor people.

Horrible front desk -- set for over 2 hours before my appointment , had to go and remind them I was there .. will never go there again

I highly recommend Dr. Ashe. The check in process was easy. The receptionist was kind and courteous. I arrived at 9:39. My appointment was at 9:45. I was called back while I was still filling out my forms. Dr. Ashe was kind, professional and thorough. I highly recommend especially if you dealing with Keratoconus.

I had to have the radiation plaque therapy. I stayed at the Hope lodge. Through this I met other people going through the same thing as me. Rhonda schedules everyone to come to all appointments at the same time. She tells everyone to arrive for surgery at 5:30 a.m. my first surgery was at 10:30. Today I just found out my surgery is at 12:30 p.m. Tell me why the f@&$ we got to show up for surgery 7 hours early? I am very disappointed in the way you run things. I don't have many other options to go to another doctor. Change your policy this is horrible and makes no sense!!! Dr. Wilson people have lives and you're ridiculous to make people show up 7 hours before surgery.

This is a great place. They have gone above and beyond to help me. The wait isn't that bad. I've been going for 2 years. And the doctors are very friendly. The doctors could be more talkative at first. But once you get to know them they are the best people. They went out there way to see me during ice storm the doctor Mr King walked in the ice and snow to see me because I drove from baton rouge Louisiana. I'm so grateful for what they have do for me. And one time my insurance didn't want to pay for nothing and they was willing to try to do whatever they could to do it anyway. They are #1 in my book. And my nurse Rhonda is extremely nice and very helpful she's number one too.
