Jessica was so helpful in helping me select my frames.Then Mary the technician took such great care ensuring my measurements were accurately set for my new frames. She ensured all my questions were answered with professional and courteous responses. Job well done!

I would like to share my extraordinary encounter with the current LensCrafters optical technician Robyne and Ayla (store manager). This dynamic duo was very pleasant to work with and sincere in meeting my desired outcome. I am writing this review because the customer service I received today was a 180 degree change in the customer service, etiquette and honesty in comparison to the former technicians and management team I encountered some 4 years ago. I had vowed to never return to this store, and I had sought my optical service elsewhere, but after today I happy I decided to give LensCrafters a call. Thanks again Robyne and Ayla

My visit at Len's Crafters was truly a positive experience, and their customer service was nothing short of impeccable. Kayla, the Assistant Manager, and Michael were hands down the best at what they do. There was absolutely no pressure to make a purchase; instead, they created the right amount of urgency to help me lock in and secure the eyewear frames I loved. They also made sure I could take full advantage of their current special along with my insurance benefits, allowing me to maximize my savings. Thank you both for your help and for demonstrating top-notch customer service, knowledge, and expertise! Highly recommended!!

Mary is the best! She goes above and beyond to ensure that her customers get the biggest bang for their buck. She also does a great job with customer education and eyeglasses care. Go see Ms. Mary if you've had not great experiences in the past--she'll make sure you leave a happy customer.

Customer Service - (5 stars) Michael is a great asset to the Memphis team! He is attentive and takes care of his customers. Michael is resolving all my addressing all my concerns. Ray-Ban Meta Product - (3.5 stars) Between my husband and me, we have several pairs. My most recent experience with the Ray-Ban Meta Glasses has been unfavorable. The quality of the Gen 2 has diminished considerably. The frames had sharp/rough edges and connection issues. I am currently waiting for a replacement pair. (Gen 2 - 2 stars, Oakleys - 4 stars, Displays - 4.5 stars) LensCrafters process - (3 stars) 1 had to request my transition/demo lenses multiple times because they were not included with my prescription glass order. I was told they don't come with the order from the lab. If a customer is charged for transition lenses, they should receive transition lenses. If my prescription changes and I later opt to wear my Meta glasses with contact lenses, I have to pay almost $100 for the same transitions/demo lenses I initially purchased with the glasses. Additionally, I paid for transition prescription lenses. Why charge the customer for transition demo lenses if you have no intention of providing the product?

I had a complicated situation with my glasses and insurance, and Jessica and Ayla at LensCrafters Wolfchase were absolutely amazing. They were patient, kind, and genuinely took the time to help me work through everything. In the end, they were able to get the lenses refunded and properly handle the frames and lenses through insurance, which was a huge relief. They never made me feel rushed or like I was a problem--just the opposite. Their professionalism and customer service made a stressful situation turn into a great experience. Highly recommend this location, especially if you want people who actually care and know what they're doing.

Great experience. I sworn I was not going back the LenCrafters after my daughter and I experienced an awful encounter with some staff 3 years ago. But this year, I went back and the staff were more than great. They are professionals and knowledgable at what they do.

The staff members at the Wolfchase LensCrafters location went above and beyond while I was picking out frames for an eyeglass prescription. Very professional and made ordering easy. This location has the best eyewear selection. I would like to add that I was in this location the day of a shooting inside of the mall area. The staff members all locked the gate quickly and secured all customers and staff safely in the area.
